Q: I have a large holding of REAL and I'm down about 50% since the original offering. What is the future outlook for REAL? Should I sell, hold, or buy to average down my cost?

Q: I have two unrelated questions. In a $3 million portfolio, I have about 100 holdings, which I would like to greatly reduce. I have ENB, ENF, IPL, PPL, and TRP. I would like to reduce the number to one or two of those names. My interest is capital gains and a good dividend. Which pipeline company will give me the best capital gains and divide over the next five years?
The second question relates to REAL. I bought the new issue at $ 13 and the present price is only $10.62. Should I sell and repurchase in 30 days or just sell the stock. What is the future outlook and the next reporting date?

Q: Real Matters look like a short. growth last year came almost all from acquisitions.trading near 4x revenue for a low margin, no net profit, marginal ebitda+ thin gross margins even after "growing" (doesn't scale well). Does this business do better when rates go down (refinancing) and shrinks when rates go down ? And thus why they recently went public ?
Q: Hi, Could you please share your comments on today's debut of this much awaited IPO. The issue was oversubscribed 7X, but looks like allotees were in a rush to cash in. I read somewhere that 85% of the issue was allocated to institutions. Do you think, today's trading was mostly retail investors ? What is your outlook of the company and the stock, going forward ?
