Q: Hi Team,
I have held AMAT for just over a year now and am currently down by about 20%. I am thinking of switching from AMAT to NVDA and would like to get your thoughts on this intended move.

Q: Hi:
CNQ shares seem to have dropped relative to SU in the last year. Would CNQ have more upside potential than SU in the medium term?

Q: I need a push to just sell this stock and be done with it. Can you provide said push. I'm basically even at this point. (Looking to replace with Fiera Capital)
Thank you!

Q: I am break even with Dollerama, and am concerned their growth story is slowing, and am looking at Badger, but here is the dilemma. Dollerama is relatively cheap, compared to it's past at today's share price, while Badger has had a nice run recently, and will probably pause until it reports next, so do I stick with Dollerama and hope it picks up or do I switch over to Badger, knowing it is doing every thing right and is on a roll, but may be a bit late to the party. Not worried about sectors or diversification.
Thanks for your time and expertise!

Q: I've never bought a REIT but Im looking for a 2-5 year hold. CAR looks good but I'm worried that apartment REITs are overvalued?
Can you give me two recommendations for the Canadian market and one for the US market?

Q: My question relates to asset balance. I have recently retired and am in the process of de-risking my portfolio. That said, I'm also mindful of the dangers of investing too conservatively and outliving my investments. Given I am 60 with a good defined benefit pension, roughly what percentage of my portfolio would you suggest be skewed toward blue chip growth stocks (eg. GOOG, AMZN) vs. income stocks with limited growth potential (eg. AQN, PPL, FSZ)? Thank you.
Q: Have held onto BNS for a couple of years. Down 10% and considering a switch to FSZ. Would appreciate your view on which company likely will generate the best total returns (dividend + growth) over the next three years. Thank you.
Q: It looks like Methanex was buying back shares consistently up to early December and not since. Do you think they will restart this in the near term or do you think they are preserving $ for their capex program? Thanks.
Q: Thank you.Why is dropping down last few days

Q: Hello,
I am interested in using a small portion of my holdings for short term trading (ie swing trading, day trading). There are so many technical indicators to monitor, would you have any suggestions for paid services that recommend buy and sell signals for stocks in the short term? I have considered vector vest, Investor's Business Daily which follows the CAN SLIM methodology (unfortunately only covers US stocks), others offering AI software. There are so many options out there, even TD tracks multiple indicators but a little overwhelming and self serve..just looking for something more automated to recommend trades. If you have any suggestions it would be appreciated vs signing up and testing each service.
Thanks,
Neeraj

Q: I am not familiar with warrants. I received 300 warrants of WRX (95942C 10 4). How and at what conditions do I exercise the warrants and what is the threshold at which is it profitable?
Thank you and keep up the good work

Q: Hi 5i,
How economically sensitive are CHE.UN's business streams? I know they don't appear to have done a great job running the business. There doesn't appear to have been material growth and there hasn't been any dividend growth for a long time. The dividend now looks like it should probably be halved and that cash saving repurposed, probably to debt reduction. But what I'm more interested in is whether you think that a recession would be likely to put their enterprise at substantial risk. Or whether you would not expect their arc through an economic downturn to put them in significant danger of failing. Thanks.

Q: REIT Strategy
REITS have had a good run recently, I recently purchased IIP and CAR.UN. Is there anything that I need to watch for in terms of what could possibly turn things negative? Outside of rising interest rates, what else could affect the REIT Sector. I have heard that new builds will not have rent control in Ontario, and there may be more competitive threats in the near future.
Thanks,
Raj
