In a press release, Galaxy announced that its affiliate, Galaxy Asset Management, ("GAM"), reported preliminary assets under management of $6.2 billion as of May 31, 2024. The 9.8% increase in preliminary AUM compared to the prior month was primarily driven by market appreciation partially offset by the continued successful liquidation of assets associated with an ongoing opportunistic mandate. Can you please shed some light on " continued successful liquidation of assets associated with an ongoing opportunistic mandate". How does this 'oppertunistic mandate help/hurt GLXY, if at all.

Q: Good day. Today (June 20, 2024) nvidia stock dropped about 3.5%: however, the Nvidia CDR that we acquire in Canadian dollars dropped almost double this amount. Normally the ADR stock moves pretty much in line with the US stock. Is there any reason for this difference today? I believe I saw something similar a fews days ago with some other stock (or etf?). My guess is yes
So why not sell all my gainers before the 25 th and buy them back few minutes latter ????

Q: I have held JNJ for years and I am *STILL* holding on , in the [vain] hope that surely management will FINALLY resolve its various self-inflicted legal problems. I have been MISERABLY wrong. JNJ shares continue to decline (drowning is the perception as we focus much more on loss). I was idiot enough to buy into JNJ’s spin off KVUE, on which I have a rather loss in just one year.

Notwithstanding the enthusiasm of media commentators, the health care sector hasn’t done anything outside of a couple of star-companies. Are JNJ and KVUE worth holding on to? I would appreciate very much your substance-backed reasons either way. In your answer, kindly please put less emphasis on the legal issues which are already well known and focus entirely on the future prospects .
