Q: I am curious as to your current thoughts on Red Eagle? Now that they have reached commercial production, their current presentation states that they are trading at 3.1x 2017 Cash Flow, compared to a peer average of 11.6x implying a 73% discount.

Aside from this, they have lots of expansion potential at their current mine, and have three other prospects in the wings with lots of cash. What am I missing?

Q: Good day...I am lucky enough to have a fairly large portfolio that is 70% in your balanced portfolio and 10% in various growth and income stocks you have in the other two portfolios. I also have 20% of my portfolio in u.s. stocks. My question is whether or not I should have any emerging market exposure or are the companies in your three portfolios have enough already. I look forward to your thoughts on this...

Q: I have been reading many of your answers to members' questions about BAM. You seem to really like the company but it's not in any of your model portfolios. Why not? If you were to include it in one of the models, which would it be? Which sector does BAM fit into? As always thanks for your guidance.

Q: I see that Teck is held by a significant number of institutions. This surprises me as it seems to have been a pretty wild ride recently. Is this indicative of this sector? Would most of these companies have a long term hold? Has Teck been an institutional hold for a long time, or just recently? Or how do they make owning Teck work for them? In this sector must one constantly have one eye on the commodity price?

Q: Selling home due to an overseas posting which will last 3-4 years. What do I do with our "HouseMoney" - (approximately 450k)during our time overseas. Banks GICs are so low at 1.65%, can get 2% with EQ bank online. Interests would be at least 29% taxed! Can't afford to risk our house money on equities as we will have to buy back into housing market upon our return to Canada and will likely retire then as well.
