Q: hi, I received in the mail a tender offer for my DND shares, by the company DND. the offer expires dec 16 2022, reply date dec 15 2022. I don't know all the details , but looks like they are buying back up to $150,000,000, for a yet to be determined price between $12.50 and $15. can I get your thoughts on this share buyback, and any recommendations for investors with common shares. thanks, chris
Q: Would you be a buy here?
Q: All 3 appear to be high potential growth opportunities with significant upside. How would you rank on risk/reward. Will or are any cash flow positive. Thanks as always.

Q: I asked in a previous question if you favoured SPY or VIG, you sided with SPY. So brings me to SPY vs QQQ. Bat the average with SPY or gamble on the more tech heavy QQQ rebounding stronger and looking like a good buying opportunity. I am slightly underweight tech so would beef up my tech holdings as well

Q: I'm looking for some of your expert advice. I am down in OTEX which I own in a taxable account. It is currently yielding a decent dividend. I am thinking of selling it after the X dividend date for the capital loss, and perhaps buying GIB.A. The latter does not pay a dividend but the stock is performing better. Do you sanction both parts of this trade? Do you think the OTEX dividend will be safe in the future?
Thanks, as always, for your advice.
Ian

Q: Hi
I am presently watching and considering adding these two stocks. I understand from past comments that they are considered to be the better ones. Could you give an explanation of why you consider these relatively safer. Thanks for your valuable guidance.
Gilles.
