Q: With lower interest rates - is Real Matters an opportunity in this market ?
The current market conditions with corona will affect it as well but I thought the lower interest rates may actually make this a better opportunity today.
Is corona a significant issue with Real as well?

Q: I am a long term holder of CAE and would like to take advantage of the market turbulence to add more. Can you please offer some thoughts as to the sensitivity of CAE to a downturn in the aviation and travel sectors?

Q: In Jaime痴 question he references GUD price to book, one has to realize that the acquisition was done at a premium to market, and likely several multiples above book.

Q: An investing strategy question for a TFSA where growth is the primary concern, the investing horizon is 5+ years and I知 comfortable with risk. About 18 months ago, market turmoil resulted in me going all to cash in my TFSA. I have since returned to growth stocks and have learned to better weather the volitility that comes with them. Today I知 wrestling with the same capital preservation vs ride it out scenario as many investors. My question is what advice would you provide given my growth objectives. I知 considering selling CSU and GSY simply because I have nice profits, while keeping PHO because I知 down 30% and would rather not sell at a discount. Does this make sense or am I selling 2 winners and keeping a loser that might drop much further as the economy slows? Is selling PHO the better capital preservation move? BTW, I知 open to not selling anything in this market as you frequently advise the best move is sometimes no move. I guess I知 wondering what your thought process would be in scenarios such as this. Thank you for all of your guidance, at times like this it痴 invaluable!
Q: Hello Peter and Staff
I know the markets are very volatile - any reason for the 7.45% drop on March 5th?
Thanks for all you do

Q: Could you please comment on the Q4 results reported today. The stock is down 21% from its high on Jan. 5/20 versus a 3% loss for the TSX over the same period. I know it is problematic with todays volatility and uncertainty but could you venture an opinion as to how you think this stock will do over the next 6 to 12 months versus the market in general. Thank you, Ian
Q: comments please on the quarter

Q: Hi, Mx will soon be at a 4 year low around $35. B.E- $60.
Do you feel it is a good long term candidate for a full position, or would you stay at half position because of sector?

Q: My portfolio has held up reasonably well so far in the current downturn , so I am not sure whether replacing ccl.b with Costco is worth doing. I have been reading positive comments about Costco and could use more US exposure. Do I want more US exposure in this environment ?
The reason for selling CCLB is that I still have a healthy profit in it and am considering protecting it.
My intent is that this would be a longterm decision,
and done in my TFSA where I currently hold
ccl.
Thanks in advance

Q: I bought this stock in January at around $40 and now stock sold off big to under $20 so down 50 per cent. Wondering what to do with this position. Do you think over a longer time period it will recover somewhat or cut losses here
Q: 5i Team,
I'm curious what I'm missing in analyzing GUD? They're about a week or so away from reporting the first results of the acquisition, which should start to put them at a run rate of slightly less than $300M in revenues.
They should also have, once the dust clears have about $300M in cash left.
No debt, incredible growth, and a cash hoard for another major acquisition and it trades below book?
What am I missing?
Thanks!

Q: Sell Alaris Royalty after 20% drop??
Q: Hi Peter,
Do you see Kinaxis as a company that will benefit from the coronavirus outbreak? I would expect manufacturers to heavily invest in their supply chain system after seeing the disruption that the virus has caused. Thoughts?
Thanks so much,
Tait
