Q: I have recently purchased ENB, having owned TRP for a number of years. I need to do some sector adjusting and these two jump out as overlapping industries in my RRSP. I would anticipate holding one or the other mid to longer term. Which of these two do you feel would offer longer term opportunity? If I were to sell ENB, I would not be in a rush and would sell on opportunity if it spiked a few dollars north of where they are today and enjoy dividend in the meantime.

Q: Good Afternoon.
What do you think of FIE.A ? I'm assuming there is leverage used as well as writing options perhaps to enhance the yield ? The underlying basket probably yields around 4% but the current yield is around 6.80%
Thanks

Q: Hello,
I hold BIP.UN and AQN in my RSP and am considering lightening up in the utility space.
I hold them in equal amounts, if I am considering selling one position what would you recommend ? I consider them to be medium term (3-5 year) positions.
Thanks as always .. appreciate the advice.

Q: Good Day Great Service Please rate AQN, FTS and NPI in order for growth and dividend appreciation. Long time hold
Q: With Blackstone purchasing Pure, would this be a good time to sell ?
Q: I own AQN and Chemtrade. I have owned the latter for several years and reinvest the dividends: I am considering adding more of one of these two. Do you prefer AQN? Is one riskier than other? Thank you. Bill
Q: What are your thoughts here? Backlog has been promising from time to time but not sure it translates efficiently to the bottom line and chart has been range bound for a while. Thanks!
Q: can you please tell me the current short on EIF and are the short trends inreasing or dereasing? Thx
Q: Hi, what do you think of Sabra Healthcare REIT (SBRA) for aging US population? How does it compare to CSH and Sienna in Canada? Is timing OK with forecasted 3 rate changes in US this year? Other better suggestions for aging US population?
Q: Hi Peter and Team,
I have some cash sitting in a US account that I want to leave on the sidelines for now. I was thinking I should put this in something that gives me a bit of return but won't crash with markets if they crash. Is there a good proxy for cash that provides some yield that you can suggest which would be US Dollar denominated?
Thanks,
Marc

Q: Hi,
Thanks for your service. The info is very helpful. I had Veresen shares that were switched to PPL. These shares are held in a stock transfer company to take advantage of dripping. Veresen stopped dripping prior to the sale and it seems that PPL does not. My question is, did they before this purchase? Whether they did or not, do you know if they have any intention of starting. Thanks

Q: Some weeks ago I decided I wanted to buy Fortis and/or Emera. Since then they have been both dropping and I am waiting for them to bottom out. Their chart is horrible for what I consider blue chips. Is this decline based on interest rate fears or is it a general rotation or is there another reason? I favour Emera for income but Fortis for growth so I may split the purchase. Do you have a favourite?
Q: I am considering buying nutrien, can u provide me your opinion on the Co. Thanks Clare
Q: I would appreciate your opinion on Nutrien Ltd (NTR). Is it a good time to get in now, or is it better to wait a while?
Thank you for your valued advice.

Q: Request 5is view on Caldwell Partners.
How is the company's business model, quality of management and profitability?
The gross margins seem to be good but net margins seem too thin and not sustainable.
How big can they grow? Currently they are at $58 million revenue. Can they scale up or will they remain small company forever?
Does it have potential to attract institutional investors?
Too many questions but Im trying to understand the company because the stocks liquidity and trading is nothing much to speak of. My concern on trading is will this remain a penny stock and later get in to restricted list or get delisted?

Q: What is you take on Northwest Healthcare Properties? Seems to be well diversified geographically and a well managed pay out ratio. Would you put this in the medical sector or real estate?
Q: Good morning Peter:
Being a senior over 65 , I treat my TFSA as an extension of my RRSP.
With the market being so high and preservation of capital being important, can you give me three (3 ) dividend stocks that I can add to my TFSA for a secure retirement.
Can you also add your reason for choosing these ( 3 ) dividend stocks.
I presently have only banks in my TFSA and I have done well.
Thank You

Q: Hi & thank you for continued sound advise.
I'm a Balance/Growth Investor with ~ 30% Fixed Income.
- Current Fixed Income: XBB (30%), CBO (40%), CPD (15%), XHY (15%).
- Planned Fixed Income: MMF659 (70%), CPD (15%), XHY (15%).
Reasons for change:
- Tired of poor returns of CBO, XBB.
- Want more diversifies (USA, INT) fixed income securities.
- The ~ 1% MMF659 MER seems worth it based on 6.23% compound return since inception [2005-11-25].
Haven't held a Mutual Fund in 8 years, but... Yours thoughts would be welcomed here. Thank you!

Q: Looking for a security for long term stable income in my TFSA. Which you recommend between ZRE and BEP.UN?
Q: Hi,
If the tsx were to go through a 15-20% correct in 2018, what five or six dividend paying companies do you feel would hold up best, irregardless of sector?
Regards,
Robert
