Q: Hi, I was just wondering if there was any guidance on when the best time is to buy a dividend stock with regards to the dividend intervals? Thanks as always for your great advice.
Q: My Question is about which direction stock market would move while looking at current yields of 10YR bonds at 4.4% and S&P at PE 28 [top end of average] offering a yield close to 3.8%, with a differential 0.6 there is not much incentive for investors to accept risk in the market.
Do you think bond yeilds would move lower and hence increase in differential and favouring stocks or a move other way around.

Q: Can you name 3 undervalued U.S. growth Stocks that have good growth potential. Preferred to purchase and leave be for 10 + years.
Q: CS seems to be having some very nice momentum and positive Technical charts. I like you like buying at new alltime highs.
BUT this company is more dependent on commodity price movements.
In the past I have invested in miners, gold copper etc and can count on one hand how many times that has turned out poitively.
So my question is do you still feel very bullish on CS at this level and would you put new money into it now?
Thanks
Sheldon

Q: Hi, any specific reason for the recent surge in VFF? Up 65% in the last month (albeit from a very low base). I have held on to this one thinking/hoping that one day it may do well again. (Perhaps this is the catalyst it needs). Can it be picked away at over the next 6 months? Or still too speculative?
I know there was the German law that recently passed but was this enough for the surge?
Also VFF in your db is still showing it belongs to the TSX but I believe it is now listed only on the US exchange (Nasdaq?).
Cheers,
Steve
