Q: Are the fundamentals intacts for these companies or are they more affected by the market correction due to: inflation, supply chain, interest rate, techno bust, pandemy, Ukraine,....etc?

Q: HI Gang,

You have commented recently that APPS will require patience and is a HOLD at this point. Could you please give some insight as to why you think its a hold? I am down 60% on it and have a time frame of 2-3 years. Could you comment on what to potentially expect in the next 2-3 years. (always respecting you don't have a crystal ball)

Q: NO BS just straight goods. I currently have 2000 KXS and a collar trade to protect it just till this Friday.

In recent questions, you don't seem to be as positive on this KXS as I've seen in the past.

After my protection expires shall I let it be exercised and come in sometime down the road.

(Don't worry about reentry timing)

Q: Greetings,

Considering how popular Cruising is, I was very surprised to see the last time anyone has asked about RCL seems to have been last July!

1. Are they a risky sector?
2. Surely older demographic will gravitate more to Cruising?
3. Which Cruise ship company has the best potential?
4. Is there an aging demography themed ETF?
5. RCL - Buy sell or Hold?

Q: Of these four stocks, Lightspeed seems to be the most volatile. Jumps the most on good days and drops the most on days like Monday.
My son's RESP needs a quick boost - he is going into second year.
Would you buy all four or just Lightspeed and hope for the best? No diversification concerns, just an outright roll of the dice.

Q: Diageo PLC ( DEO)

- I like the business, they have great brands, they provide products that people consume in these down markets, covid lockdowns, world war concerns, night out on the town...- If people go out to a restaurant, bar or liquor store, they are buying one or multiple of their products...

- What is your take on a Long Term buy/hold, with stock price and dividend and overall comment of the company ?

Q: I am considering taking a position in both of the above equities. Would you consider this a prudent buy or are they too similar in nature, i.e. overlapping. Both do not seem to have done too well, even prior to the present market downturn.

Q: Hi! I’m evaluating the Canadian banks and I’m trying to find historical averages for price to book and price to earnings ratios. Can you outline historical ranges where Canadian banks were cheap and why Canadian banks trade higher than u.s. banks on price to book? Is it due to their oligopoly status?

Q: I was listening to Ross Healy on BNN Market Call this morning, and he thinks the NASDAQ composite could drop by 75-80% off its peak. I also saw a headline on the same show whereby a Manulife survey indicated that 25% of homeowners would sell their homes if interest rates continue to climb upwards. Can you comment on the historical relationship between stock prices and house prices? For example, if stocks tank, will house prices follow downwards? Or if house prices drop significantly, can we expect a major market sell off?
