Investment Q&A

Not investment advice or solicitation to buy/sell securities. Do your own due diligence and/or consult an advisor.

Q: This a followup to Curtis's question in which you said: "We would consider interest rate risk a greater worry than company credit risk." What effect do you forsee on ALA do the rising rates in the US? Would 1% rise mean a decline, and what size of decline could one anticipate? Thanks, Mark

Q: Like many of your customers, I am on a learning curve thanks to the many facets of your services.

My question is what would the smart "investor" do with ITC?

I bought the stock recently and very quickly am down 16%.

Should I not have bought it .... given that it was close to its high; and waited for it to comeback down as it has now?

Just hold?

Buy more?

I am OK with the risks and volatility of this kind of company, but the size of the decrease is concerning.

Thanks for your guidance here.

Q: I just submitted a question on 3TL (ttm) but see I should have added the company to the text.
I would like your opinion about the lack of share price appreciation although it has upgraded shorter term contracts to yearly saas contracts with Toro, subs of MARS, I think Arm and Hammer, and now a sub of a large American media conglomerate. All of these deals are with multibillion dollar companies, although I would be the first to admit their deals are nowhere near that large.
Do you think it is because they don't mention the value of the contracts, a lack of promotion or am I overly excited because of the names?

Q: Base on your last comment,Mar. 3, I don't see any comments in regards to this been a rapid growth company. It is just my option based on the amount of expansion that their costs are not out of question. This is a company that is expanding globally, with a lot of over head in training etc, etc. So my question is how do you support other companies who do not make money, but this one appears not to rate very high. So have you really checked into this company, if so what are the negatives about this company.
