Q: hello 5i:
We've received an Information Circular, via the mail, regarding the acquisition of CEF.A, by Sprott Gold and Silver Trust. The "circular" (I have seen MUCH smaller phone books) is written in legalese, a language few understand. I note you had a question on this back in March, but none since.
Can you advise a course of action, or what really needs to be done on our part. We are very small shareholders, so will have no impact on any vote.

Q: Hi there, both Peter and Ryan selected AVO as a top pick recently on BNN. Would this be a good indicator of a strong bullishness towards the stock? Also, I believe this name is currently not held in any of the portfolios. If it were to be added - would it fit into the growth, balanced or both? Lastly, would you be comfortable with a full position in the name? Thanks for your great service!

Q: Hi Team,
In your response to Joanne, Nov 14 regarding comparison of BEI.UN and CAR you state :
"and we would much prefer CAR, and would have concern on CAR's distribution." Did you really mean you have a concern with CAR's distribution?
Also in light of BEI's announced distribution cut starting Jan 1, 2018 and their new growth plans do you believe the bad news is now priced in and this is a good buy currently considering down to $40 this am?

Q: Could you compare BEI.UN and CAR.UN re: dividend safety and potential for growth? Given the Q2 FFO for BEI and year projections, do you think the business can continue to cover the dividend? How do you rate BEI versus CAR.UN ? Would you rate one over the other as a buy at this time? Thank you kindly for your analysis.
