Q: Hi 5i , I am interested in adding an REIT with focus on large warehouses and I wonder if there are any you would recommend? Also REIT ETF's interest me . Thank you for any input you have

Q: RPI and LWRK are both long-term holds for me, and have done well - particularly RPI (+500%) in spite of the recent slide. However, these were bought in part for their dividends, which have decreased on a percentage basis with the stock price gains. Both have also been rather weak lately, and I can easily get significantly higher dividends with other stocks. I am looking at selling one this year, and the other next year.

Could you comment on which has the least likelihood of a rebound, and should go first.

A further issue is that both are in a taxable account, and the sale of either will result in the complete clawback of OAS due to the capital gains. I have no offsetting loses at the moment. Any suggestions on how to handle this?

Q: Assuming (I know, bad thing to do) ENGH is sold, what Canadian company would you replace it with? Small but growing divy, excellent management, etc.

Enghouse is exploring options to sell. What is a reasonable price a buyer would be willing to pay given the company's state: balance sheet, market presence, etc .. Buying a company based on a potential takeover is tricky but do you think it is a good price today regardless of a takeover? Much appreciated. Thanks for the advice on the various stocks over the years.

Q: I used the recent weakness to add TCL to my portfolio a few weeks back when I felt the slide had ended. Starting to feel like I jumped in too early with the further drops in the past week... Are you still strong supporters of TCL in the income portfolio? It does have a good yield so not an issue if you still like the company long term.

Q: Hello,is there any reason for the continuous downtrend of AQN since at least one month,wich is not the case for similar utilities? should it be then replaced by another utility stock ?

Q: Hi, do you have any compelling purchases from the stocks that have recently achieved 52 week low status? The negative momentum is not an ideal buying strategy but perhaps tax loss selling has pushed some of these stocks to this status, warranted or not. (AT, Well, VFF are a few that hit this status today...and that I have on a watch list).
Do you see these or others that have this recent status as a buying opportunity or should one wait to see more positive momentum?

If one doesn't need the income that HHL provides, and can buy and sell XHC commission-free, but not HHL, how would you rank these two ETFs? XHC appears to have a better long-term chart.

This is a follow up question to a couple of previous questions related to my daughter's TFSA account with a 5+ year hold period, moderate risk with growth and dividend prospects, Based on your responses she holds the companies mentioned in her portfolio. Based on her weightings she has enough cash left to invest in one more equity. She is considering adding either T, TIXT or LNF. In your opinion which if any would be the best choice and do you have an alternate selection and perhaps a comment on the portfolio? Thanks for your learned guidance.

Last year around this time, you were asked to guess a few names in the US or CDN Market that had 100 bagger potential. Some of the names mentioned were WELL, TTD, LSPD, XBC, MGNI, PLTR, VEEV, PINS, KRR, & STC. Just wondering if there were any names you would add or delete from this list?
