Q: I have $ 5500 in cash in my TFSA. I currently hold AW-UN plus GIC's in my TFSA. What would you suggest for the $ 5500 in cash, I may need the money in 6 years.

Q: Feel free to disregard is this question is outside the scope of what 5i offers.

My question surrounds investing in real estate. Many investors have heard that even if we buy into the stock market at its peak and there is a crash, we will still be up in the long term. Does the same apply to real estate? That is, should an investor attempt to time the real estate market? We live in Alberta and not sure when the best time it is to upgrade our home. I'm also curious if real estate should be viewed as a portion of one's portfolio.

Q: Hi Peter and Team - I am thinking of taking a position in Kinaxis. However when I checked the Insider Trading using INK in my TD Waterhouse account it shows net selling of $40,640,658. This seems to be very high plus the Insider ownership seems to be quite low overall. Is this accurate and generally speaking how much can I rely on these insider reports from INK.
Also I understand that Kinaxis is involved in cloud based subscription software but I just couldn't understand much of the rest of the description in my TD Waterhouse site. Would you be able to summarize their business in terms that a relatively non-technical person can understand. Thanks.

Q: Hi 5i team, I am looking more closely at ENB financials. It looks like they have negative EPS and FCF but then they have comprehensive income of 2030 mil added to their Income statement. Can you explain what this is and if it should be added to EPS. Also would you still say ENB is your favorite or is there another pipeline that you are liking better today. I have $8000 of Advantex Marketing Senior SEC non-convertible debentures RSTD 05/01/2014 Coupon 12% maturing 30 Sep 2016 left over from my former advisor in my RRSP. Q: I would like to know your opinion on FN. I saw that this stock is now at his 52 weeks high. Is there a reason for that and should I continue to keep it or do you suggest that I take profit and put the money in another stock? and if so, what could you suggest?
