Q: Hi Peter/team, My question is about my Real Estate allocation, within my overall portfolio. I recently moved CSH.UN to my Real Estate sector from my Health sector which bumped my Real Estate holdings to 24.5% (good). I have heard some pundits say that you should also include your personal home as part of your Real Estate holdings? If I were to do this my Real Estate holdings would then jump to ~65% of my overall portfolio. Obviously, I would then need to trim some of my reits back down to roughly 25%. I'm wondering what the general consensus is and I would appreciate your thoughts. Bill

Q: Could you please rank these 4 stocks. Looking for growth and willing to hold for at least 5+years. This would be for a TFSA with a growth tilt to it. Do you see all these companies as a good investment? Thanks as always.

Q: 5i Please correct:
Not sure why you have a negative tone on ITC? You have misread the financial statements. Revenues and EBITDA are up in materially in 2018 and are also up in Q4 too! Also the write down on the Stream TV Investments has no impact on operations and Company indicated on the CC that may need to increase the value of Stream investment in the coming quarters.

Q: Could I suggest questioners avoid (or explain) unusual acronyms if possible? When I read the recent question about CSU I thought it odd that the chief operating officer would suffer from Anti Social Personality Disorder!!
Thanks for your very valuable advice.
Chris
PS It took me a while to discover that ASPD really stands for Automatic Share Purchase and Disposition agreement.
