Q: Hello i5 crew...I am repositioning my cash account for retirement dividends to supplement my RIF account withdrawals. I like the tax favoured Canadian dividends and have blended ZLB, ZWC and ZDV for that purpose. There is a lot out there and would like your suggestions for long term long term dividend generation. Thank you in advance...
Q: Good morning 5i
Thank you for answering my question of April 16 about my wife's TFSA. Among ENGH, SIS and NFI, you suggested to sell NFI. What about TOY which is the only stock showing 9% unrealized loss in her account? Between TOY and NFI, which one should she sell or trim or do selling and trimming on both for a long-term investor? Thank you again! Jim

Q: My Granddaughter is <1 and currently has $3000 in her RESP. I see that in a past question you recommended VGG for an RESP for 6-8 year old children. Would you stick with that given the longer time frame or would you have a different suggestion? Should we conceder more than one product?
Thanks, John
Thanks, John
Q: Can I have your opinion on META. It released numbers that seem good but the stock is falling this morning. Thanks, Peter
Q: Considering the tone if the release this morning on Knight's Directors, I would take a wild guess it was commissioned by Jakobsohn.

Q: Today’s press release about Dr. Leblanc governance report , is negative. I don’t see the date he submitted his report. Would you know ?
Can you comment on this, do you still think J Goodman will win the proxy fight, and will he make any changes should he win.
Thanks,

Q: What is your opinion on this one? I have been in it for awhile in an RRSp account with a long term horizon. Do you think this company could turn the corner or even get bought by a bigger firm like LNR or MG?

Q: Hello
When did you introduce NFI to your income portfolio? It’s down over the past year. Do you still consider it a good buy for income and some growth ?
Thanks Daniel

Q: Hi Peter,
Is there any growth potential for ISV? It seems to trade in a rather narrow range. Should I sell and move on?
Thanks for your advice.

Q: I've read that total market ETF's such as ITOT include a component of unprofitable small caps that can cause a drag on performance. It was recommended instead to go with an S&P 500 ETF suchs as VOO, and supplement this with a mid/small cap ETF that follows an index that screens out low profitability, such as IJS or IUSV. What's your opinion of this strategy?
