Q: To receive US funds I have 23 shares of ABBV, 78 shares BIPC, 62 shares EMA and 74 haes of QSR in a US TFSA account with TD Webroker in Canada.
1. Since the witholding tax is not recoverable should I switch these holdings to a non-registered US account?
2. Though I like the US funds received as dividends, would it be more efficient to switch these to Canadian holdings for the tax credit and hold them in a non-registered Canadian account? please use as many credits as required.

Q: Brookfield Corporation just released earnings. Your thoughts on the results. Also, does anyone in the investment business write a clearer and better Letter to Shareholders than Mr Flatt?

An overall assessment would be helpful as a lot has happened with their financials and the market reaction. Quite puzzling.

Q: Here is an enterprise which presents ver good results above forecast and its shares plummet in the markets (more than 20%! ). What to think and what is the perspective for the future of this enterprise and also for the investor who owns some shares? (I know there is not and automatic correlation between good results and appreciation of shares, but in this case the gap is so large...). I will appreciate your comments in this case

In terms of valuation, which is the better choice, and also, is BAM much less risky than BN for a fairly conservative investor? It's been graphically much weaker than BN for some time.
