Q: I keep reading and stock keeps growing. Would you buy at current price, as likely not getting a pull back and what weighting would you consider. Cheers!

Q: Not sure of my source, could you confirm that Dream Unl has 16% shares of Dream ind reit? Also, since they manage the reit, curious to know how they get paid for the services?
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Good Evening
Why is it that only American analysts recommend selling a stock and not Canadian analysts ?
For instance the three analysts that recommend selling Fortis are all American.
Thank you

Q: Could I have your analysis of the results for DE. Thanks
Q: Assume that you've come across LMN's annual report. You have no idea the name of the company and its attachment to CSU. You area also aware of past metrics, and other numbers - the short history that it has.
Question - based on seeing these numbers, what do you see as a reasonable P/C and P/S valuation (or any other better valuation metric) for this unknown company in an assumed economic slowdown....just roughly. Thanks.

Q: 2question please: Have you changed your ideal entry price from 65$?and why? Also what is giving White Cap along with others in energy some momentum and can you see White Cap hitting 11$ or more? Tks.Larry
Q: Would you please provide your thoughts on GCT and its recent earnings. Seems odd that it advanced significantly immediately after the earnings were announced, and then the next trading day it gives back all the gains, and is now lower than the day prior to the earnings announcement.
Q: Would you buy Chipotle today ?
Q: I know you hold Palantir. Do you think it's over valued at this price? It seems like a promising company with intriguing software but I worry about buying it at this valuation. Thanks,
Jason

Q: Hi, doing some housekeeping and switching the above two stocks in my non registered account to bipc and bepc ?
Could you suggest 1-2 other stocks you like , maybe with more growth and smaller dividend. I will probably keep bipc, but overweight bepc. Sector not a issue.
Thanks

Q: On March 19, Ron asked about some sectors that 5i thought would do well over the next few years. One of those sectors that caught me by surprise was Communications. Are these telcos? Or is this more of stocks like GOOG?
Q: What would be your opinion of the 50 for 1 split to be voted on in June? I know these splits don't change the company but can help generate buzz with more retail investors seemingly able to buy more shares to form a meaningful position. My question would be do you think CMG have the same ability like a TESLA or Netflix which are two I can think of off the top of my head that split and then ran back up towards their previous pre split price.? thanks
Q: WSP is frequently favourably mentioned in the Q & A and its share price has been on a nice run (about 30% in the last 12 months). But at present its P/E is about 50 and its Price / Cash Flow is above 28. Are these matrices somewhat concerning? Apart from J:US (which I also own), do any of its peers look more appealing? Thanks much for your excellent service.
Q: Thanks for your links to retirement planning sites. Just a word of caution, the Canada Life page at https://www.canadalife.com/investing-saving/retirement/preparing-for-retirement/how-to-decumulate-your-assets-in-retirement.html mentions that capital gains in a TFSA are taxable (tax deferred) and capital losses can be claimed which is, of course, incorrect. Quite surprising to see this from a major insurer.
Q: Hi there, todays news that CTS was awarded 2024 Nvidia Networking Partner of the Year as well as the Canadian Partner of the Year confirms they are deeply involved with Nvidia.
Does this really mean much? I'm sure it definitely brings more awareness of CTS.
But do these types of recognition awards increase business/sales, etc? Especially considering Nvidia is talked about everywhere and all the time now.
Thanks!

Q: Hi 5i
Given recent news and increase in share price would 5i continue to be holders or would they be sellers.... and why?
The sp decline last week was very discouraging but the sp pop monday was very encouraging..... However trying to capture a diminishing upside is a risk since as you say there are no guarantees... I believe your estimated upside was around $40 canadian... As investors how would 5i analyse this decision to reduce emotional element...
thx

Q: Hi 5i
Croxs has been experiencing strong positive momentum especially since earnings. Can you explain the driving forces and who are the players driving this. ie: retail or institutional buyers?..Is this momentum being supported by insider buying/ownership?
I know 5i does not like to focus too much on share price estimates and I understand the market can "get ahead of itself" , but at what point would you consider this company "fairly priced"...
thx
