Q: Their earnings report today borders on incredible. It looks like they will earn at least $80/share in the new 12 months, which means their PE is very very small and the stock seems very cheap. The only question I have is about their capex plans - they are building so much capacity (all over the world), all the way out to 2028, that I wonder when demand is likely to peak. Keeping in mind this is a cyclical stock, I don't want to get over my skis. I love it short term, but do you have any expectation of when the supply will be sufficient and margins will start to come down? I suspect fears about this issue is what is holding the share price down

Q: The controlling shareholders are active in the day to day and hold over 50 % of the outstanding shares.
It seems logical that they will want to retire soon.
Do you agree that a transition is near term likely ?
The stock is rising lately ?

Q: I am wondering about your newfound enthusiasm for HME, and why this microcap is lately being recommended alongside stocks such as TOU, SU, CNQ and IMO. As recently as Jan. 29 in a reply to Thomas, your opinion was decidedly less positive about the stock and its prospects.
What has changed, that we should be taking a closer look at HME?

Q: My RRSP has a roughly 50/40/10 split between core compounders, defensive holdings, and income holdings. I will not need any of the money for at least five years. What do you think of the split? Could I please get your top stock and ETF recommendations for an RRSP today? Also, what do you think of FIE, ZRE, and covered call ETFs in an RRSP? Thanks.

Q: Retried and have a diversified stock and bond portfolio that I live off. Not tending to the portfolio as much as much as I have in the past and wish to simply my life. I am thinking of selling most of my portfolio and buying "all in one ETFs". Would you advise selling all and buying only one of the above ETFs or " diversifying" by splitting into all three above or even more ETFs to avoid risk of illiquidity in the event of a need to a large amount of cash. Please elaborate on any other risks in a strategy, such as company reputational risk, in allocating a very large percentage of the portfolio to only one or three such ETFs.
Q: What are 5 beaten down high dividend paying stocks with great value that you would invest in today?
Q: Peter; Why the sharp drop- other than gold being down it seems a bit much? Thanks.

Q: Hello and appreciate all your insight. I have raised a fair amount of cash in my portfolio and was wondering what would be a safe way to invest it but still have immediate access to it if needed. I would like to have access to it for opportunities that arise but at the same time would like to earn something on it with very minimal risk in the current environment. Thoughts?
Thank you
