Q: Can I have your comments on the latest results from Quarterhill . It has a huge backlog of work, but it seems to find it very hard to make a profit. Any hope here , or time to move on ?

Q: Hello,
I have owned these 3 stocks for a few years now and doing some portfolio cleanup and wondering if still worth holding - long term. I don’t trade. Can you please briefly comment on their potential individually and if some should be sold, in what order in your opinion. Thank you.

Q: Want to get into the AI space via the ETF route. Might split the available money between LRNZ and BOTZ. Will this give me the widest diversification?
Q: Following the recent positive earnings surprise and price increase, please provide an update on forward looking prospects and valuation metrics. Would you take a reasonable profit and exit the position now? Thank you.

Q: Hi 5i,
In some jurisdictions in British Columbia all new homes being built cannot use gas for heating and cannot use gas appliances for cooking.
Also in BC there is a new program allowing low and middle income earners to replace their gas and oil furnaces with heat pumps for virtually no cost to the homeowner.
There seems to be a small but growing segment that is going in this direction. Are there any companies (Canadian or U.S. or even International)that specialize in heat pumps (manufacturing, installation, and/or maintenance) that you would recommend as an investment at this time?
Would Trane or Honeywell fit this description?
If there are any, could you please rank them in order of preference on a scale of 1 to 10?
Thanks.

Q: Thoughts on latest results. Listened to the call - while not in a position to follow everything -I felt the tone was a bit dismissive to the questioners. And what are your thoughts on the debenture buy back - not seeing where they have the cash to complete that but easily might have misread the statements or perhaps a line of credit? Mainly just wondering if that points towards or away from a share issue as Engine is concerned about.
Q: Hi 5i,
Would appreciate your thoughts on DND latest earnings.
Thank you.

Q: Hi Team,
After today's earnings release, would you recommend continuing to hold ATS, or is there another name in the sector you would prefer to buy right now instead? Selling ATS for me would mean taking a 23% capital loss in a cnd cash account.
Thanks,
Shane.

Q: Could you comment on ATS earnings, please.
Q: I seem to recall OTEX being included in the past on your list of companies that were possible takeover targets? If that was true once, do you still see the possibility that the “assets” of the company would be desirable to someone today at it’s current valuation?
