A couple of somewhat related questions:
I'm curious about the 'expression of interest' someone (or some thing) may have made known to CTS management in the past while. Would a potential purchaser be allowed a peek at the quarterly numbers before they were released yesterday in furtherance of its due diligence research, or have to await the release like the rest of us? My guess is the former, tied to a confidentiality agreement, but I'm not sure if that's the case with a publicly traded company.
And, also wondering: if the numbers were decent - as I thought they were - and no purchase deal gets announced quite soon, is it safe to assume there's likely nothing brewing? Or is it all just a black box until something - anything - is formally announced?

Q: At 8.6x earnings, I find this a steal. For most of 2022 it ran between 6 and 7. It dropped to 4 and a little below in December with tax loss and market backdrop. If you agree with this would you consider this a strong buy especially with shorts needing to cover.

Q: Let's say ONEX's final wish is to sell its shares of Celestica in 2023, what could be the target price if we compare with evaluations and financial statements of Benchmark and Sanmina? I understand it is a wide question, I rely on you to choose the best metrics.

Q: I sold SHOP:US for the tax loss in late December and just prior to my date to repurchase the share price took off. I have been monitoring since. Given recent market action is this a good time to get back in or do you think there is further downside? Thank you.
