Q: I already have positions in Nuan and Fang stocks. What other small/medium sized AI focused stocks would you suggest I look at for additional AI investments?

Q: Helping my son with his investments which are as follows: MAW 106 24%,MAW 106 20%. VUS 21%, VEF 18%, VEE 8%, ZJG 6% and XQQ 3%.Feeling there is a bit of an overlap with some of these investments eg XQQ and VUS also with MAW 150 and VEF to a degree. Any advice is welcome ,stay as is , reduce holdings or increase some..He prefers ETF's and Mutual Funds (Mawer) and is a bit risk adverse but does realize markets go up and down though and is young( mid 30's ) enough to handle declines. ! Q: Hi, I presently have the above U.S ETF's in a non reg corporate account. Total portfolio weighting is SPY - .45 / DVY - 4.03 / IWD - .84
I am overweight in financials.
What are your thoughts? Minimum of 5 year hold. Thanks so much.

Q: About Canadian Cies in my RRSP paying US dividend (converted in CDN),and listed also in US stock exchange: since in principle there is no US withholdings tax for canadian Cies : is it better to hold them in the US RRSP in order to avoid exchange commission on US dividends and to get dividends directly in US $ instead of CDN $,or is there any advantage to maintain these stocks in the canadian account ? Thanks

Q: I am not well diversified into the US market.

I would like to sell some Canadian Banks and put that capital into US equities.

I would like to consider an ETF or a mix of ETFs.

I would like to stick to my investment personality,
long term hold, would not need money for well over 10 years.
Large Cap, Blue Chip dividend paying and "dividend GROWING" equities.

1. Can you make a recommendation for a low cost / mer etf.
2. Do I need more than one ?
3. Should I buy this in Canadian or US funds ?
4. What are the pros and cons of the purchase in Canadian or US dollars

Q: I am overweight in Tech in my TFSA account. The tech stocks I own are: CSU, DSG, KXS, QCOM, VGT. What would you sell first or would you just reduce weightings? I have done very well with CSU, DSG and QCOM but I am wondering if they have run out of steam.

My second question relates to increasing holdings in Consumer Discretionary, Consumer Staples, Communications and Health Care. Please suggest your top pick (Canadian or US) in each of the above sectors. My preference is for growth in my TFSA.

Q: I recently purchased NTR:US within my USA TFSA. With a 15% withholding tax applicable, I thought it still remained beneficial though with accruing the USD within the account.
Not sure this is the most beneficial strategy long term, and I am thinking of transferring the security to CAD TFSA instead. What you recommend?

Q: Hi folks, waited for tax loss season and bought full position in Knight for my TFSA . What significance, if any, does..."Signed a new exclusive distribution agreement with Gilead for the continued commercialization of AmBisome in Brazil, effective Jan. 1, 2021.", have for Knight. The potentials with Knight seem pretty good...even if they work at a snail's pace. Overall opinion on company into 2021. Thanks as always, jb Piedmont QC
