Q: For a Canadian electric vehicle play how does this company look with it's electric busses? Would these be in a direct competition with New Flyer?
Thanks
Q: Lots of questions on this topic! Senior, primarily dividend oriented but like some upside catalysts... Would it be an entry point for ppl given all the noise or wait till dust settles. I hold enb and divested most of my IPL as a precaution but looking to enter PPL or would it be wiser to wait and see where the dust settles. If PPL is not successful in the acquisition might they see a significant pull back ?
BTW not a BAM fan don't trust they would be good for IPL
Appreciate your commentaries
Q: Peter Foster penned an article in the National post on Saturday about Mark Carney and the impending green movement and great reset. Based on Mr. Carney’s seeming ties to the libs and global heft, do you see the is as a threat to markets in Canada and globally?
Q: What are your thoughts on LSPD ? I'm up 93% on this stock. It doesn't seem to be making any money yet. With the economy starting to open up again it should get stronger. Should I hold or take my profit ? It is only a small percentage of my portfolio.

Q: Could you speak about more about your decision to trim 1% of LSPD, and how investors should think about this in general? My understanding from the majority of your responses to questions related to reducing a position size, is that you like to "let your winners run to a point". Are you always trying to determine if it is becoming overvalued when deciding when to trim? Would this mean that if you have a winner in your portfolio, as long as earnings are growing in proportion to share price you would tend to let it ride? Any information to help me understand your general strategy and how to think about applying it would be greatly appreciated. Please remove credits are you deem appropriate. Thanks!
Q: TD Waterhouse are opining today (in advance of NWC's Jun 9 quarterly reporting) that the "quarter is expected to be the last strong quarter before EBITDA turns negative".
What information if any have you to support or refute this statement?
What are your thoughts on whether to hold or sell NWC going forward?
If sell, what replacement recommendations have you?
Dividend-focused investor, with NWC & PBH in consumer staples, and LNF, MG & CTC in consumer discretionary.
Thank you for your thoughts.
