Q: Hi, I have had this stock for a year,and it seems to be on steady downtrend from around $14. I'am alittle overweight at 7%,would you hang in or reduce to 4-5%.Financials look to be weak right now, your thoughts .

Q: What would you expect in terms of annual distribution percentage increase over the longer term for this company? I intend to hold 10 years give or take. They are active acquirers, and they are in a US market that is experiencing rental growth. Thanks.

Q: Would you consider cke a buy at this level or is it likely to go under because of the weak oil price? It used to have a good balance sheet with little debt. Is that still the case?It closed at $.46 today & I'm wondering if that is a good entry point or should I run from it? Thanks as always for your help.

Q: Hello 51 Team,
In anticipation of suggested growth in Infrastructure spending in both Canada and the US, and as well the SP pullback of each due to recent market overreaction, WSP and BIP.UN are looking very attractive right about now. In as much as I would like to eventually own both, I can only chose one at this time. They would be part of an Income oriented portfolio with a leaning towards stocks with a solid upside potential, expressed not only in terms of share price but consistency of dividend increases as well. Can you offer any assistance in making this very difficult choice between the two?

Q: I was disappointed to see PMI sell its prize asset before being able to realize its true potential. True, the holes were horribly expensive which meant that gambling on a wildcat in Molisht pretty much did this company in. Would you agree with this assertion? Or would you think it is the oil price crash that has made pure exploration play unpalatable for financings?

Q: I own 300 shares of CSE. I phone BMO and asked to tender my shares at the price of 4.90. They quoted as saying they cannot do this as it is a friendly merger and CSE does not want to pay the brokerage fees for this. How can I get full value for my shares at the earliest time. I want to invest in another dividend growth stock. If I sell on the open market at todays price I will leave $270 on the table. Thanks

Q: I currently hold both LNR and MG in my RRSP.MG has been the worse performer of the two stocks.I realize that MG is probably a screaming buy from a valuation perspective but find it inconceivable that it will hit the $70 mark any time soon.I am contemplating replacing it with Alaris which has also been beaten down but will at least

Q: Hello, I sold RRX today with the intension to replace it with another energy stock with your guidance. I'm aware that RRX is a great company with a good balance sheet and excellent management but have decided to purchase only dividend paying stocks from now on as it has been painful to see RRX and TOU go down with no benifit to it's shareholders. Could you please suggest a dividend paying stock that you believe will survive this cycle.I presently own TOU, WCP and a very small position in TOG. Thank you.
