Q: Hi All at 5i! I have held SOT for several years...it pays a good ( hopefully sustainable) dividend, but its price has meandered down over the years. It being a REIT ( mall rental) I don’t except miracle growth ...but maybe a little. What are your thoughts on it. Are there better Reits to switch to.? Cheers, Tamara

Q: Currently have both these companies in an unregistered account. I’m at break even on Toy and down 25% on NFI.
I’d like to purchase one for my TFSA and sell it from the other account. Which one do you like for growth based on current valuations?
Thanks in advance,
KC

Q: I'm looking for a utility that can provide both yield and growth for a three year span or more. Between EMA an PKI which one will give me a better combined yield over this period? Or if there are other names out there that are preferable. Much appreciated.
Q: I notice that Raymond James has recently given an outperform rating to GUD. I am wondering on what possible basis they could do this? This is not just an idle question. Because if they know something that I don't know, I may buy more.

Q: We hope to (should) be debt free by the end of May this year. I will receive a substantial inheritance in June. We have zero investments outside of our property/business.
My wife and I operate a guest house and live on the property (mortgage free). This business provides us with enough income to live the lifestyle we choose. We are in our mid 40s with no kids.
I will be looking to invest $300,000 in the market that will remain there for at least 20 years. I will reinvest all dividends.
Please provide the 10 names you would purchase if it was your money. Any other advise is welcome also!

Q: Enbridge is down 6% so far today based on the Line 3 delay. Is this delay actually significant wrt forecasting future revenues and dividend increases? Seem like quite a drop
Q: Kirkland Lake dropped 2.5% Friday and is down another 7% today. Any idea what's the cause?
Q: Amazon is expanding its grocery business in USA. Do you think it's going to do the same in Canada? What would be the impact on Canadian grocery chains? Should I sell Metro Inc. shares just in case?
Q: Your comments please on Green Power's reporting? Future growth prospects? Will their new factory in Porterville start production soon?
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Good Afternoon,
Is there a copper only ETF or just the blended base metal exposure like ZMT and XBM?

Q: In a questioned asked on Nov 15th your replied
“We are comfortable with HWO, but it too is down on the year and the sector still looks horrible. It will likely see some tax loss selling and we would look at this in the New Year instead. “
What are your current views on the sector and would you be a buyer of HWO today?
Thanks
John

Q: The short and long term performance of Royal Bank has strongly outpaced CIBC. Would it be prudent to sell my CIBC shares and buy Royal Bank with the proceeds?
Q: Hi,
I am 100% satisfied with my 5i subscription even though I do not use all the services and use mostly the question database for my sourse of answers. I recommend you often. Keep up the great efforts. Being overweight CSU helps - thank you).
My question on New Flyer is that I have no exposure and am getting ready to press the buy button. The long term chart has shown substantial weakness since 2018, since your last report was released. Has there been and substantial change that would allter your rating or view on a purchase today. I am looking at least a 5 year hold. Thanks so much ! Jim

Q: I hold UNH in my US RRSP and RESP portfolios. With the recent decline and being in battleground with the democrates Medicare bill is it worth holding in these portfolios or is there a better US health care option out there? Considering there will be a lot of election noise later in the year.
