Q: Hi Everyone at 5i! Now that health is in the forefront, what do you foresee Reliq’s role in this might be? Might there be an up tick in the stock? Cheers, Tamara

Q: Dear Peter and Ryan.
Thank you for your help through the volatile market. Though the Economy is not back yet, we may be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel soon. I checked a few stocks. Airlines and Energy have been down a lot. I want to take advantage of the market and consider allocating 10% of my RRSP to these companies (AC, UAL, EXPE, CVX and SU). I like to think about 2-3 years or longer. Currently I don't own any airlines. I own TOU only for oil industry.
Thank you,
Yiwen

Q: I would like to add a communications company to my growth portfolio.
How would you rate your choices .

Q: This is a follow up to my question the other day regarding the Canadian government backstopping mortgages .... as well as querying the best option for dividend income if looking solely at preferreds, bonds and the Canadian banks ( given their attractive dividends and perceived safety - of course unless something really dreadful happens to wipe out their financial reserves and force them to cancel dividends)
My original question might have been a bit vague regarding this part of it. My apologies.
I would appreciate your assessment of these 3 options with dividend safety and size of yield ahead of any share price increases.
Thanks again.

Q: How much of an influence do American investors have on the price of our banks? Many Canadian investors have bank stocks and rely on their dividends for income.
Steve Eisman of "The Big Short" was talking about how an interesting short he sees is Canadian banks and that he has been short for some time. He says the Canadian banks have not had a credit cycle in 30 years, they are extremely unprepared for it and will have real problems.
What is your opinion?
Thanks!

Q: For an income play is this saver than Enbridge? Do you have a preference?
Q: Hello, I see that you will be adding QSR to the Income Portfolio. Is that because you will eventually remove AW from it? If you had to choose between the two, which one would you buy today ? Regards, Gervais
Q: you recently answered a question on Galway gold and stated that it has a nice dividend, I have searched several websites and can find no evidence that they pay a dividend, can you enlighten?

Q: HI GUYS
Just noticed when i printed out my T5 summary of the AMLP ETF it lists the distributions paid on the 1st line as Return of Capital. I would have thought it would be listed on the 3rd line as Foreign Income.
Just wondering if you guys happen to know if i need to enter this on my tax return. After looking around on Intuit turbotax, all i could find was maybe report it as Foreign Income, but even under foreign income, there is no place for "return of Capital"
Thanks Gord

Why do you prefer non hedged and if so what are the reasons?
And is the a BMO product similar to hxq?

Q: My daughter is 27 years old and is looking to invest around $35,000 as her first investment. She is considering investing 40% in Canadian equities (ZLB, PDC, and XRE), 50% in US Equities (VUS and DXU), and 10% in International Equities (FCIQ and VEE).
As an initial investment, does this balance seem reasonable or would you have other recommendations? Is this sufficiently diversified or are there too many funds?
Thank you!

Q: can you list the 5 best gold stocks in order of 1st choice to 5th?
Q: I put in a bid this morning for VET at $5.15 & at that time it appeared the bid would be filled because about 4200 shares or people were bidding at that price while 5600 were asking. The stock opened much higher & the bid was not filled. Why does this happen? When someone puts in a limit order to sell for example, does the market give them the best price or the price they entered for a sell?Appreciate your help, as always

Q: B of A Securities downgraded AQN to a Underperform with a $13 price target. Have you seen their reasoning on this and do you feel they have some merit in their analysis?
Do you still consider it one of the better utilities in Canada?
Do you still consider it one of the better utilities in Canada?
Q: B of A just downgraded AQN to under perform. I am assuming that is because they feel it is overvalued and not because of the upcoming quarterly numbers. Consensus is still a buy. Your thoughts?
