Q: Hi, I like to raise some cash for new opportunities and have already trimmed some of my winners. However these companies have not done much in close to 2 years.
Wcp down 5000
XTC down 4500
Fsz down 2000
Et. down 1500
Sector not a issue, would you sell one or two of these or take a chunk out of each one?

Q: I'm way under water on these three stocks. I've held them for more than a year. Is there any point at this time to continue to hold any of them or should I just cut my losses and move on? Any suggestions for better (actual) growth in the same sectors?

I am would like your opinion on the prospect of these companies and a ranking of these companies in term of your "Risk/Reward ranking" if one was to buy these companies now with 3 to 5 years time frame.

Q: Hello, as of today PZA price is at least 25% lower than it was in early January of 2017. Should I continue to hold or sell? The other option I thought of, is to sell PZA and buy XTC as a replacement, does that make sense? I know that they are both in different sectors and that their respective yields are different (6.5% versus 3.7%). I appreciate your help. Thanks, Gervais

Q: Hello 5i team. I have NFI New Flyer and XTC Exco presently as industrials. I would like to add a bit of money to my industrials exposure and I am asking for your direction or recommendation either from the 5i's portfolios or outside of. I prefer to stay in the Canadian area. Risk is not a major factor for me in regards to this selection. Divi's make me a happy but also not a final decision maker. I can simply add to either of the above names also. I have twice as much XTC as I do NFI.

Q: If I am correct, insiders own a lot of absolute software. What other companies would you recommend buying based on how much stock insiders own which would align them with shareholders and that is good value right now.

Q: Hi, I have had this company for quite awhile and bought at 12.60 .
Is it a sell, or is it near the bottom,and hold on? I have only kept it this long because of the dividend. Or should i wait for Nafta to be settled?
If i sell what would you replace it with that pays 3+% dividend, in the same sector. I like to be payed while i wait with a little growth. Is New Flyer an option?

Q: I hold the above in my TFSA and am down significantly on all of them. Fly is particularly concerning to me as I am down well over 50% and momentum is poor. Is it time to dump one or all even though there's no tax benefit to selling a loser? Could you suggest 2 or 3 alternatives, sector not withstanding? I hold a mix of the growth and balanced equity portfolios in our TFSA's.

Q: Good Evening
My analysis of the information provided by my broker indicates that the insiders own approximately 34% of the common shares and the CEO about 24% of the outstanding shares. Are these figures correct? In addition, they are now buying their own stock.
I hesitate to sell because of the above noted information although I am down 14% in a non-registered account.
Do you advise holding, averaging down or selling XTC?
