Q: Contemplating selling VGT and buying ARKK. The only thing stopping me is ARKK's 10% investment in TESLA. Would you stay away from ARKK given its strong bet on this one stock with a history of volatility? Additionally, how do you see TESLA's price (and therefore ARKK's) being impacted by TESLA's addition later this month to the S&P500? Thank you.

Q: Hi 5i Team
I have AX.UN and NWH.UN and want to add a full position of a pure industrial reit. If you had to pick one of DIR.UN, GRT.UN or SMU.UN, which would it be and why? I'm primarily interested in dividends and their safety and growth potential. Alternatively, would you go for a 1/2 position of two?
Thanks
Peter

Q: [Re-sending]: In your reply to my question of Nov 24, 2020, you added at end “ Members know how we feel about it.” I am baffled. I have no idea what you meant, possibly because I do not read the Q & A. Please clarify, thanks.
Q: This is a comment to your answer to Kapil regarding deductiblity of interest. I alawys thought that as long as the money that is borrowed be used to generate income "irrespective of it is a line of credit or a mortgage" then interest on this money is tax deductible.
Q: Hi
As I was driving to my "empty" office unit, I heard on CBC Radio One, that there is pressure from some groups for the Health care REITs especially Senior's homes REITs like Siena to withhold the dividends because after all they are getting money from the Govt at this time to stay afloat and why should the Govt money go to pay the investors?! (my words)
Are the dividends at risk? The whole sector can take a BIG hit, if the dividends are withheld, no?

Q: online shopping is expected to be at all time records. and the use of cash continues to decline. what is your current opinion of visa and MasterCard ? and will the new method of buying (ie 3 or 4 equal instalments). have any material effect on the 2 companies? thanks Richard
Q: The way the three stocks have been rising lately, from their current stock prices, is it likely that the stock price of these three companies will go up by approximately 50% in the next 6 months or so, the reason for the question is I am looking at buying now and selling in 6 months time and make some quick profit. Dividend is not a consideration at all. Any other companies you can suggest for 50% increase in stock price in 6 months?
Q: Some great price movement and volume lately. Any insight?
Revenue has been flat since 2016 and the info I have access to shows very little growth in 2021 - i.e. not much to get excited about. Are recent buyers income seekers, is the stock benefiting from sector/risk rotation?
