Q: Simple question. What keeps driving this stock higher?
Q: Good morning team
Can you steer me in the direction of some very good articles on Reverse mortgages please? I'm thinking of major upgades/renovations to my home. I spoke to an appraiser and he pointed out to me that if we hit a 10 year ish stretch of decline or no growth in realestate that it could be a very bad idea if I chose to sell??
Thanks for keeping me on track. All is going very well at this juncture.!

Q: Hi, 5i team
I have been trying to follow your balanced portfolio but I haven’t bought TOY yet. I guess I was hoping to see some huge drop of the price to get in. Due the big sell off today, do you recommend to initiate a full position today? Do I need to wait a couple of days until the dust settles?
Thanks in advance!

Q: Hello,
I'm considering buying the Edgepoint Global Growth and Income fund, however the MER is very expensive series A at 2%. This would be a 25% holding in a LIRA account. I like the set-up income distribution with 70% global equities and 30% bonds. Can I please have your opinion on this fund, and could please provide the names of any alternative funds/etf's with a similar structure.
Thank you,
Glen

Q: Do you have any input on AC's $2.50 fall today. I can't find anything.
Q: The U.S has a first case of the virus. Do you think it would be wise to sell 1/2 my position in AirCanada and buy Transforce?
Q: Hi. Could you explain what's happening with the FCA, Tilney Group and AGF Management? (Something about a planned merger that was not approved). Stock price just got hammered. Thanks.
Q: Would you please provide your analysis of this small cap company and would you consider them worthy of a small investment?
Thanx as always, Gary

Q: Bought this stock a month ago and no movement. Rest of my portfolio has had a good resent bump up. Firm Capital Property Trust appears to have a good business model, low p/e and high dividend. Your assessment & thanks!
Q: May I have your thoughts on NG? Any debt, cash, cost per ounce, is it a buy? Thanks

Q: I'm looking for a safe place for cash with a decent yield. This could be for several months or several years. How would you compare ZSH to PSA? Is one better than the other? With uncertainty over interest rates, do you have any recommendations for the fixed income portion of an investment portfolio?
Q: Which do you prefer currently - VOO or VTI - and why? Thank you.
Q: I am considering XBB for my RRSP. Would greatly appreciate your comments on this ETF and competitors. Thanks

CI High Interest Savings ETF (CSAV)
Q: Any recommendation on where to park cash short-term within a direct investing account? I like the sounds of PSA, but 'for business reasons' TD Waterhouse does not allow TD Direct Investing Clients to purchase PSA. Instead, they offer their own savings account which only pays 1.60% in comparison to the 2.15% paid by PSA. Any suggestions?

Q: I hold vgg in in TFSA and RRIF accounts , 5 % of my total portfolio. VIG in non registered US account 5% of total portfolio. I’m gradually moving from individual stocks to ETFs to reduce the time required to monitor my investments. Getting up in years .As an aside I’m an experienced investor, previously worked in the investment business. Right now I’m looking at reducing my position in vet and investing in vfv or convert C$ to US$ and buy VOO.
Your thoughts Peter on this or should I look elsewhere?

Q: Understanding no one can time the market, in general, are REIT's an asset class that would be ideal to hold in a mature market? I am looking for some diversity besides utilities in preparation for a bumpy US election term. Other suggestions from the 5i team? Thank you
Q: Do you have an opinion on this ETF for a RRSP?
