Q: Can you tell me why VLB has done so poorly in the last 6 months while PMIF has done a lot better. Should I sell VLB and buy PMIF?

Q: I purchased QBTC and BTCG.UN which I understand are closed funds, therefore can trade at a premium or discount to NAV. Now I see Purpose has come out with an ETF. Can you compare these funds and provide pros/cons for the closed funds vs ETF. If someone had new money today and if the closed funds were actually trading at NAV, which would you recommend and why? Don’t want to switch un-necessarily but if BTCC.B is a better product, it might be worth it.

Q: Stocks like EMA and FTS have declined about 10-12% during the last four months whereas the TSX is up by about 12%. Are there any fundamental issues with these companies? Or the rotation of funds from utilities to riskier companies is causing the decline of the utilities?

Q: I down about 14% in this stock. Seems like this is one of the few stocks to be going down as everything else is going up. Should it improve once the employment rate improves in the States? Is it a sell or should I add shares given its low valuation?

QBTC- 26.5%
GBTC- 47.13%
BTW-80.79%
Agnostic to currency which one do you suggest and why?

Q: Hello

Our US holdings are up 36.25%, where as our Canadian holdings are only up 17.22%.
The five mentioned above are our only real shining stars at this point.
Is one better to have all US holdings and forget Canada?

Q: I recently bought RCI.B after the pullback on lower earnings, thinking it would be a good defensive name with room to grow post-Covid. Since then it has languished with a steady slow fall . I already own Telus and BCE. Would you advise holding on and waiting for better times or selling now?
