Q: Hello Peter, Ryan & Co.,
Can you please comment on IPL's latest release today? The results appear to be pretty good. Given the recent selloff in interest-sensitive dividend payers, this one looks like a bargain at current price levels. Would you be a buyer now?

Q: Per the Financial Post today: " Shaw to take $450-million hit after 3,300 employees accept buyout — far above original estimate of 650" Generally, what do large downsizings such as this do to share prices in the short and long term? I am currently -8% on the share price.

Q: An update to my Nov 2016 comment. My now 7 year old's RESP CSU shares are comfortably 6 baggers (previously only 4 baggers in Nov 2016). Thanks again and looking forward to my first 10 bagger. Again thanks for the advice to not be afraid to buy a stock that has gone up in price. I've purchased CSU in a number of other accounts since and all are now up a minimum of 100%.

Q: Hi Peter and team - I have read the description of Photon Control's business in TD Waterhouse but am still unsure of exactly what it does. Q: So would you sell the entire holdings of REF or keep the units of CHP? This transaction (if I sell the entire holding) will reduce my exposure to REITS in my portfolio by 50% to a little over 2%. Would you beef that up a bit and if so, what REIT would you pick up (other than HR)?
