Q: My question is on WELL’s recent earnings report. With a revenue run rate of $300M, doesn’t this give WELL a forward-looking P/S ratio of less than 5? This sounds incredibly cheap for a high-growth, small cap company. What am I missing? Trailing revenue run rate was only $50M. Has the big jump in revenue already been priced in?

Q: Looks like BYD and DOL are both rallying into their earnings. I am expecting a good dividend increase from DOL but not sure what to expect from BYD. What does 5i think?
Also, do you think BYD can actually grow their stores by 700 over the next five years?
Thanks Keith

Q: Suppose an investor believes that the US Treasury market is at the end of its multi decade rise and likely to collapse within the next 1-3 years. Is there a low cost way to short US Treasuries you could recommend? If so then what about at different maturities? What would be your opinion about this strategy and its risk?

Q: Hi,
I noticed other questions covering the fact GSY was added to the index and that we might expect a bit of pick up and / or increased volume with it. However, it seemed to drop fairly hard on Friday and I am wondering if I've missed something material here. Interested in your thoughts and as always appreciate the input! Thanks,
Dawn

Q: I was contemplating CP for a month now as a mid risk reopening play for my non reg account, also since pipelines are under attack & on 5i's comments on the company. Saturday 11PM, I see their offer for a huge acquisition. My question: What does one do if still interested in the company and how would one proceed? Would you step in right away or would you let the story run and then see what happens considering they just entered negotiations and I guess an approval process by regulators of different countries?
Thank you for your help!

Q: I’m adding to a partially established portfolio (growth-oriented, long-term). I’m interested both in taking advantage of the recent tech downturn (although not too much, as I’m already somewhat tech-heavy) and in further diversifying. Two questions:

1. I own partial positions in the following securities and am looking to add more. Could you rank them in your order of preference for purchasing now? Any you’d avoid buying now?

WELL, SHOP, ATZ, STC, PHO, ENGH, KXS

2. I’m considering buying positions in the following new securities (not easily comparable, I know), with a view to diversity and growth, as well as US exposure. Could you rank them in order of preference for purchasing now? Any you’d avoid buying now?

BNS, SLF, PLC, MG, LAC, REAL, TFII, NVDA.US, ROKU.US, SQ.US

Thanks for your great work and please feel free to dock me for two questions.

Chris
