Q: In a recent response to a question, you suggested that US financials were your second highest conviction sector, after tech.
With that in mind, could you please share your top six U.S. financial picks, ranked by conviction? Does BRK.B make the list? I’d appreciate a brief justification either way.

Q: Ignoring any crypto implications (I am decently invested in that area), do you think liberalizing the financial regulations in the US is likely to produce outsized short to medium term gains in that sector? If so, can you recommend a couple of solid names, a couple of speculative names and a couple of ETFs. Thanks again for the great service.

Q: Hi,
Looking to start a position in this group. All of these businesses seem very solid and their performance shows over time. How would you rank these based on future revenue and earnings growth, current valuations, high ROIC, largest moat, etc... Looking for a long term hold and best compounder 10+ yrs. Looking to buy the best one or two names. Thanks!

Q: Hi Everyone at 5i!!
I have hit the breakeven point with ICE and am thinking of selling it and buying another more growthy US holding. This is in my TFSA. I was thinking of adding it to my Microsoft. shares. I have Nvida already. Could you suggest any other US stocks? Would you consider keeping ICE??
Cheers,
Tamara

Q: What is your overall opinion on ICE Intercontinental Exchange. What do you think of their acquisition of Black Knight. Do you think there will be a higher demand to trade commodities and won't this benefit ICE? Do you have a rough percentage breakdown of where they they make the most of their revenues from? Thanks
Q: Dear 5i,
Is ICE basically the same type of business as TMX Group but, in different markets? Can I get your thoughts on these two? What risks are associated with these?
thanks

Q: Hi Team,
What are you thoughts about Financial data and stock exchanges stocks. They are holding up quite well and will have less impact from the interest rate cuts and financial meltdowns. Which one would you recommend from the 4 companies listed at current valuation.
Thanks

Q: The rise of X and ICE in the past year has been notable. I was in and took profit in X but perhaps I should return. Which company do you prefer?

Q: What is the equivalent public company(s) to TMX in the USA?
Q: Would you comment on ICE on the NYSE, please. It has performed nicely since 2015 and wondered if their earnings, etc. bode well for the future. -- i.e., justify continue to hold in this market? Although it's been a "bit rocky'", it certainly hasn't suffered inordinately. (Is there a better Canadian alternative?)
I am wondering which sectors are good for "parking" money at this time (that is, to avoid the crazy volatility of tech, for someone who is always heavily weighted in tech). Is gold a good alternative?
Please feel free to deduct points as appropriate, since this is a two-pronged question.

Q: Came across this micro-cap stock that has recently started to pay a dividend. What do you think of this stock?
