Q: I own these two ETF’s with a reasonable profit on each. Would you continue to hold them? Or would you be inclined to sell them either now or perhaps around mid year? Could you provide some rationale for your recommendations. Thanks.

Q: All the Best for 2024 Peter and Team and thanks for another year of great service! For some smaller cap financial diversification pls give your thoughts on the above selections and take as many credits as needed; While COIN is the largest component of ARKF it has a unique picks and shovel position if/as Crypto Mania picks up again; ARKF also has a healthy position in SHOP held seperately; KRE & BR will both benefit if/as rates come down and BR appears to have a moat in its services and the chart looks good.

Q: Based on your previous views “ US regional banks as more of a gamble than an investment at this time” I was looking into the space and of the top ten holdings if each etf and was perplexed that there was no overlap of their selections? Needless to say if you had to create your own etf in this space what would be your top holding and why? Thank you.

Q: Hi Peter and company,

With Pacwest being the latest troubled regional bank, are there any high quality regionals being sold down in sympathy? Feel free to suggest any others not included above.

Thanks for the great service,
Angelo

Q: In the past I owned ZUB or ZBK for exposure to the US Banks. I would like to go back to these ETF. But when I look at the top 10 holdings I see JPM and BAC, but not MS or GS . Are MS/GS not considered as banks for these Etf or are just a smaller percentage? Would you have another suggestion for this specific sector?

Would regional banking KRE be a better choice at the moment.
Or something like IYG, even if I would prefer a canadian Etf.
Thanks again.

Q: Hi Peter/Ryan,
Rob Wessel from Hamilton Capital was on BNN and he was speaking about non-Cdn financials and his funds. We own 90% Cdn stocks including TD, BNS, SLF, MLF, FFH, GSY all at ~4% each. The 10% non-Cdn holdings are in US industrials and tech. Would any of the above BMO or Hamilton funds or another Bank interest you as an addition to or as a substitution for our current holdings ?
Thank you.

Q: I have owned the above US ETF's for several months in contemplation of the supposed TRUMP build out. It's not happening and I'm not satisfied. For a major change I am considering TJX, COST, V, DEO & AAPL. How would you rank & what other individual cos. would you recommend. Thank you.
