Q: 1. Could you please recommend stock or etf for global or USA real estate exposure. Well diversified TFSA, conservative investor.
2. Could you also please suggest how to reduce exposure in C Cyc space. and increase in Industrial. In C Cyc currently own own MG and NFI ( C Cyc / Industrial) and WSP in Industrial.

Q: I did research on this ETF and like what I saw
1) 5 star MS ranking
2)Excellent performance
3)Good bid/ask spreads
4)Invests in some oversold sectors and I like their holdings
Although it's small in size, liquidity seems good (level 2) and I think it would be a good complement to VFV, ZLU.
May I have your analyis and recco on whether you think this is a potentially strong acquisition. Or, do you have anything better?
Q: I am considering a $US pay reit, and am looking at these two. Could you provide the payout ratio/dividend sustainability, debt levels and debt due timeframe as well as any other relevant financials. Industrial reits and apartment reits have done very well for me, but do you have a preference between the two based on the current economic forecast? Lastly, could you identify the pros and cons of Canadian domiciled companies holding virtually all US assets?
Thank-you

Q: JM Smucker is due to report Nov 22. The August report was disappointing. Would your strategy be to wait for the up coming report before considering an investment?
Thanks

Q: In my opinion the U.S. China trade relations will soon improve. One reason being Trump does not want to go into an election without the economy firing on all cylinders. Can you suggest a stock that will benefit from the easing of trade barriers.
Q: With reference to Thomas' unfortunate friend who has 92 absurd positions he should check to see it the account is charged trading fees. In some cases with a million dollar account the fees area percentage of the face value and no other charges i.e. trade fees apply. If so he could consolidate without costs.
Q: Does GUD's precipitous drop in share price indicate that the market believes the acquisition of Biotoscana was not a good investment? How solid is Biotoscana? Are some of their products fit for the US/CDN markets? South American market? Your opinion is always appreciated. Thanks. Gaston
Q: Recent quarter was positive and Gold seems to be holding its own. What do you think of the potential of this company over the next 18 months with a gold price averaging $1,500.00 for the period?
