Q: Hi team. I have ~$15k for my TFSA and was wondering about SYZ and FIE for tax free income. I’m down quite a bit with SYZ in other RSP accounts but was wondering if it might be an opportunity now while waiting for some growth in the future. FIE has been good to me and the coupon is roughly the same as SYZ. Hate to be a dividend chaser. Should I buy now or buy something else? Appreciate your thoughts. Bill

Q: Former DHX Media which was a favourite of yours years ago in the $10 range. Does Fine Capital still own a lot of stock? The CEO appears to be doing a good job. I like his Marvel experience and the fact that he sold two companies in prior years. Can you analyze their earnings last night?

Q: I understand that Arc (ARX) and Cheniere Energy (LNG-A) have entered an agreement whereby Arc will supply gas to Cheniere for a period of 15 years (subject to the decision to go ahead with construction in Corpus Christi, Texas)
I have a small position (106 shares) in Cheniere awaiting some event that makes it a great time to increase holdings. I have yet no position in Arc however do you think that the deal is big enough to ensure Arc will have a meaningful opportunity to find an excellent way to the outside world through Cheniere?

Q: With price of fuel at levels we have almost never seen. This company Cielo has a possibility to make his mark. Is there any update on there progress if not when could we expect some input. Lets face it oil wells will go empty one day we need to look at all other alternative. Thanks

Q: Good morning
I would appreciate 5i's thoughts on investing in D2L.
Does 5i have concerns on the company's governance in that CEO John Baker is also Board Chair (vs the preferred model of separating the two roles), had a loan from D2L that was repaid at the time of the IPO, and (I assume) controls decision making through the multi-voting shares.

Q: Rogers' ambition to purchase Shaw may have the side-effect of more-than-doubling Quebecor's wireless footprint. Assuming this occurs, does QBR.B become more attractive as an investment, or does the prospect of even more debt outweigh this windfall growth? In this connection, it's interesting that the company has already paid for substantial 5G spectrum.
