Q: Now that CPH trades on the OTC should it be moved to a USD account to avoid Fx fees with transactions or will any trades continue to be designated as CAD. Thank you.
Q: Why is CAE struggling. With a large backlog and with little competition in its sector shouldn't it be profitable? Is there a management problem? Where do you see it going in the future? Buy or sell?
As well, what is your opinion of ATS going forward?
Thanks for your continued expertise Stephen
Q: Can you provide commentary on the earnings for WCN released earlier in the week. The market response has been positive and the shares are at all time highs. If owned, would you recommend a hold.
Q: Hi 5i, and would welcome your review of the recent Quarterly results from Twilio, and whether you would consider it as a buy/ hold/ or sell. Do you see any red flags or concerns with the future business prospects or in achieving their march to eventual profitability, and the merits as a long-term hold and any competitive advantage that they may hold in the space they operate in? Thanks kindly.
Q: I have a very small position in Royal Helium... it is down a lot. I am wondering what you think.
Helium is a finite/diminishing resource that is key for things like computing and semi conductors and certain high tech equipment - i'd have thought with the AI craze and Royal Helium finally producing/being one of the few (only) traded companies in Canada with active production.. but it has just kept falling.
Q: What are the best high quality ideas to look at in the coal space currently. It seems that usage of coal will continue to rise internationally despite the direction being taken in North America.
Q: Are there any small cap names on your radar that have been growing their top line and profits every year that appear to have a long runway of growth ahead of them -or any that you're excited about?

Q: Following up on my previous question, could you please rank CEG, NPI and CSIQ with the others you mentioned before?
“ I am contemplating replacing Fortis with a greener utility. I already own BEP. What are your best suggestions please in Canada and the US and their relative risk rankings.
Answer:
We do like FTS; for other suggestions, we would note: PPL, FE, SO, DTE, H, CU. We would rank these: NEE, SO, H, DTE, FE, CU, PPL”

Q: Straight up, disregarding any metrics, which of these two stocks would have the mostvupside in the short term, like a one year time horizon, Thanks?

Q: Do you think it would be a good idea to buy tsx stocks that pay us dividends in a us rrsp so that the dividends aren’t converted to Canadian dollars?
Q: HI folks
Sadly, I am down on all of these somewhere between 60 to 95%!!! They mostly but not all started out as somewhat small positions 2 to 4 years ago! I have time to wait longer but: 1)are there any that are absolute failures and therefore should be sold. 2) Would you please rate the selIs from 1 to 10 ..10 being the absolute SELL. 3)How many years should I give these? (tough to answer but just a guess). I will not get much at all for any of them! Please take as many credits as you see fit.
Much Thanks and happy Family weekend
Q: How would you rank these junior gold developers (by assigning them each a number) in terms of their potential upside and being worth the risk of a small portfolio position:
PPTA, PRB, LUM, TLG, ITH, MAU, FF, CKG, LGD, ITR
Do any of them stand out as being either much too speculative to recommend or exceptional opportunities? Thanks for any additional comments.
Q: What are your top buys (3) right now if you were investing in a mix of growth, quality, and somewhat reasonable valuation? With your answer/explanation can you include fwd p/e or whatever relevant metrics vs peers?
Also, what's a quality stock or two you'd like to buy but would want to see come down a bit/something you'd be looking to pick up in a broad market selloff?
