Q: Hi 5i Team,

I am planning to setup the Balanced Equity Portfolio across two different investment accounts. One investment account will have 12 stocks, and the other 13. How would you recommend I split the Balanced Equity Portfolio to have a somewhat equal sector allocation in both accounts?

Q: What do you make of the latest development re: PLI with the CEO having to issue a press release denying false rumors about his selling of shares. The short sellers seem to really have it in for this company! What would the reasons be for this?

Are we going to be seeing more of this kind of thing in line with the increase in 'false news', particularly in the recent US election?

Would appreciate your comments.

Q: Hi , in a question to investor relations for the company , they stated that the company has replied to all questions and has not received anymore

Q: Hi 5I Research team.
I presently own OCS.UN which I believe is a closed end fund. Could you please explain what a closed end fund is? I have held this for about a year and a half and am under water with this fund. Recently the fund has been going up. It pays a 10% dividend which is great. Would you expect this fund to continue to go up. Is the fund tied to the interest rate and would it continue to go up if the interest rate goes up. Thanks for your help

Q: I have good gains in two US positions. One is GSE systems (GVP) (3.7% of total portfolio)and the other is Flextronics (5%).

Both up over 100%. Is it time to trim these, sell, or wait till January for tax purposes.
