Q: I purchased Boyd a couple months ago at the top of the chart. It has been all weakness since and is down ~$10. Is there any reason to get out of it now based on the weakness? Did I just time it wrong? Or, alternatively, should I be adding more at these levels?

For a long-term hold, is today a good entry point for PBH and CCL.B? If so, would you purchase a full or 1/2 position? If only one was to be purchased which has the best value and upside? One last question, are they best held in a TFSA or RRSP?

Q: Hi,
I'm looking at sectors, both Cdn and US as I have a lot of cash to redeploy as the market gets stronger, hopefully over the coming weeks or months. REITs are something I've been considering and I'm wondering about the effects of rising interest rates on them in general. Are REITs that are based on residential rentals better than REITs based on commercial properties? What about REITs for industrial properties vs commercial? Or would it be best to just steer clear of this sector until interest rates stop rising? I am retired and count on my investments to generate income, but am also lucky enough to be able to handle risk and I am very adamant about maintaining stops to protect capital and profits.
As always, your thoughts are most welcome!

I have a question regarding tsgi. You guys have followed tsgi/amaya for quite some time with good success. Last quarter they guided lower and the market responded accordingly. Do you foresee them guiding lower again? Has there been any occurrences in their history where they guided lower but surprised to the upside? My gut tells me they were conservative in their last outlook. Comments? What is the street consensus?

Q: What percentage of Savaria's sales are paid for by insurance versus out of the user's pocket? I'm curious if you would expect them to fair better in an economic downturn then other companies in the industrial's sector. Also who would you say our their biggest competitors?

Q: As of today, what is your best guess or guesses for companies that pay at least 4% dividend, that will have a chance at more than average capitol appreciation going forward. In my income account, among others, I own CGX, GS, TCL.A and VET. Size, sector and risk are not factors, I dont rely on the income and sleep very well during high volatility.

given that US Health Care is not your specialty, and given that the 3 companies occupy different sectors in health care, could you give me your pick as to which of the three you like best using safety first, and growth second as criteria (I do realize that growth and safety create a conundrum of sorts).
