Have you done any work on what asset classes or equity sectors significantly outperformed/underperformed while Trump was President from 2016-2020. I recall that that the USD did not do well; gold did very well.

Any views/analysis most welcome. And would you be worried about overall market directionality with his expected focus on China and tariffs?

I am not crystal clear on the most tax efficient account to hold each of the above listed ETFs and before moving any of them to another type of account, I would very much appreciate your guidance on the most tax efficient type of account to hold each of the above listed ETFs.

The above listed ETFs are all held in our family Registered (RRSP/TFSA/RESP) and Non-Registered accounts.

Q: Sangoma stock keeps moving higher. Time to jump back in based on the valuation alone?

Q: I understand this is a new ETF issued by TD Asset Management. There is a little information on its website. I am interested in it as a short term cash management option. I could not determine the yield. If you look at the current holdings, it states over 90% is invested in other than Canada. In its top 10 it holds a number of Trusts and when you look into these they represent a range of money market investment options including car loans, credit card debt, etc. Though it states the risk is low, its holdings would seem to suggest otherwise. Firstly, can you compare TCSH yield with that of GICs or HISAs. Further, do you have an opinion of this ETF as a place to park money. If you prefer other like ETFs would you also state how you would rank them. Thank you.

Q: Please provide your view on Baxter and the significance of the spinout(or sale) of the kidney division. The stock has finally gained some traction after a tough few years. Do you like it as a position in a diversified USD account?

I know you have answered this about Topicus special dividend. I find it odd that in the early stages of the company's existence , it is paying out a special dividend. Could this be a sign that the company sees little appetite for acquiring companies and will focus on organic growth? What is a good etf that excludes the magnificent 7 , SPY minus magnificent 7.. Appreciate it and thanks for the service.

Q: Hi 5i Team - I have heard some concerns about other countries withdrawing money from the TSX and probably the Vancouver exchange as well. Am assuming that this is through the sale of equities and then withdrawing the proceeds. Am not sure which countries or how many. Could you comment on whether this a valid concern, and if so then how might it affect prices of Canadian equities going forward.

Q: Good morning. I hold the above stocks in my TFSA. Together they now account for approx. 6% of my TFSA. I am thinking I'd like to consolidate them into one or possibly two positions. Which would you choose to keep if you went that route. Alternatively can you suggest one or two Canadian and one or two American growth stocks to take their place. I already hold full positions of CSU, LMN, TOI, NVDA, and SHOP. Thanks for your advice, Rod

Q: BAM and BN charts are almost the same and over 6 months there is only about a 1% difference in price appreciation, even though PE and dividend yield are very different. Any idea why this is happening and if/when it might change? Thanks
