Q: Good morning I would appreciate your opinion on QSR latest results. I just finished reading through and although growth seems slow it was heading in the right direction. I am wondering your opinion on the different segments (brands) and their push into international markets and BK revamp. Do you think this could be the start of expansion and the bet that Doyle can turn this business around like Dominos? I have been a long time holder and recently been wondering if i should sell and move on or stay the course. Thanks

Q: Can you comment on what is going on with the CVE takeover offer, and why there was a last-minute delay that took place yesterday? Was it delayed because there was not enough support? Although I had voted in support of CVE takeover when SCR was also bidding, now that SCR is out, if the vote is close, I would probably vote against CVE so MEG could continue on its own. Any thoughts? I owned all 3 pipelines ENB, PPL, and TRP for dividends and slow capital appreciation;
all 3 have been declining in the last few weeks
are there any fundamental reasons ? I know that the prices of oil is weak and there are obstacles to try to build a pipeline from Alberta to BC , some talks for pipeline to the USA, I am looking for opportunity to add to my existing position, should I wait longer? is there a seasonal trade timing? Thanks

Q: It is my understanding (in general) that the share price of a typical bond ETF will decline in a falling interest rate environment, however what is the expected behaviour of an ETF that invests in US Tresuary TIPS?

Q: I have very limited to zero holdings in Consumer Defensive and Cyclical. Could you explain the difference between Defensive and Cyclical and recommend how best to invest, either individual stocks or ETF.

Q: Happy Halloween 5i!

I’ve had Cellebrite for over a year now and it’s been largely flat floating between 16 and 20 bucks a share.
It seems to have great growth with high gross margins and reoccurring growth from its subscriptions.
However, investors don’t seem to be excited about it, could this be because of the reliance on the public service (high bureaucracy).
Or is it that they are not hugely profitable on a net income basis?
I know you folks like this company and I do too, just can’t figure out its lack of interest and am wondering if my money may work “better” in other stocks. (Though I know the value of patience can be very rewarding in investing so I’m trying to be disciplined!) :)

Can you tell me what the street expects on earnings this coming month?
