Q: I am seeking dividends. I have room to add a new REIT. Currently, hold CSH.UN and DIR.UN. What is the highest dividend paying REIT that you would be comfortable starting a new position with?

Q: It seems Peyto has continued to drop from the levels mentioned in a lot of previous questions on the company. I understand why investor sentiment is low on sector but it seems way overdone at this point for Peyto. Do you see any new obstacles management is ignoring? Also see that the consensus '20 earnings are forecast at $0.20 for the year but I just can't seem to figure out why they would be that low. Have a recent position and thinking of averaging down or adding to another portfolio.

Q: I hold Enterprise Product Partners in my RRSP account. I own this because the US seems less risky to pipelines in general. They announced further expansion with added capacity into 2021 and 2022. I know you don't cover US stocks but wonder if you could comment on debt levels, dividend coverage, etc.

Q: Hello,
I'm looking for your thoughts on husky energy. What do you think about the 5 year scenario? Is it a candidate for a takeover and if so what would the target share price be? Secondly, if sold will it affect Tidewaters operation and share price?
