Q: Hi guys,

Quick question: if I have a $500,000 portfolio with $400,000 in equities and $100,000 in bonds. I have a $25,000 position in TD, is it considered a 5% position when compared to the portfolio as a whole or a 6.25% position when compared to the equity portion? I presume it's a 5% position but I just wanted to verify.

Q: Just wondering what your comments are on the overall company of DIV and how safe do you think the dividend is? Also on October 4th there was a press release. In the press release it stated

"The Corporation will be holding a Special Meeting of shareholders to consider and, if thought advisable, to pass a special resolution to approve the reduction of the stated capital of the Corporation’s common shares to $200.0 million."

What does that exactly mean and is it positive, negative or neither towards the share price?

Q: Could you please explain to me why this stock has underperformed companies such as mst.un and ruf.un, are they not in more or less the same real estate business, and when interest rates go up, will it hurt these stocks to any degree?

Q: Thank you for your very rapid response to my question of 23/10/16. I am very interested in your mention of IAE as a "highly leveraged oil bet" since I believe all their holdings are in the North Sea area notwithstanding their 329% increase since January this year. Isn't this whole area subject to much higher drilling & overhead costs then the general oil market?

Q: The above are 4 lagers in my RRSP, on average down by 30%. I have a 5 year time frame to get at least the 30% back which represents $26000.00
