Q: Can you please provide your six favourite gold/precious metal stocks? Two large, established producers, two small and fast growing producers and two speculative companies that are more exploration but showing strong potential. Would DNG also have any appeal as a different way to play gold?
Q: Hi I currently hold these US companies. Can you please suggest your top 10 US companies that would compliment these the best for a long term hold? In order ideally. A growth rating 1-10 (10 being the best) and a risk rating 1-10(10 being the riskiest)
Q: I realize the fund is only a couple weeks old, so very new and small, but what do you think about it as an income vehicle. They're also offering single stock versions, which definitely looks more like single stock bets. Is this just a matter of Ninepoint needing to match its competitors offerings, or is it better than, say, Hamilton's offerings.
As a person living solely off my portfolio, I have ~4% of my equity holdings in various covered call offerings, understanding that I am giving up growth for immediate income.
Is Ninepoint's something that should be considered as well?
Q: Is QBTS a good prospect to participate in the coming quantum computing boom? In any case can you suggest me your best name of small business (under 30$) in this area?
Q: I STARTED TO INVEST IN MINERS 6 MONTHS AGO. THEY NOW REPRESENT 60 PER CENT OF MY PORTFOLIO. I REALIZE GOOD THINGS EVENTUALLY COME TO AN END. HOW LONG DO YOU THINK THIS GOLD RUSH WILL LAST. THANKS FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE.
Q: What is your view on Interactive Brokers ? We ae looking start a position in a US based brokerage, with solid financials and some upside from Crypto perspective too. If you consider this a decent name in the sector, is it buyable at current levels, after stock seems to have settled, post addition to S&P.
Q: After making significant gains over the last several years, Costco seems to have lost steam. Up only 9% in the past year. I know you have mentioned it's become overvalued. What would have to happen for the stock to regain momentum and over what timeframe do you see this occurring? Thank you.
Q: These companies who buy other companies are dropping because of an AI scare.
Is it not possible for them to start adjusting and start buying AI companies to keep up with the present trend?
Q: Nat Gas:
I hold ~1% each of ARX and TOU. Also, ~5% XOM, which is also a major gas producer.
I don't have much confidence in this liberal gov't's promises of gas development. Would you recommend a US gas producer, and if so, which one?
Thanks
Jerry
Q: Sold TIXT in tfsa (11 equities) as do not want to hold Telus in this growth leaning account as I already have some in cash account oriented mostly towards dividend paying growth equities. So looking at which of my “better” remaining tfsa holdings to add to for next 18 to 24 months: lmn, tvk, dsg, drx or eqb or do I consider something new like png, vhi or zdc? I am long retired and survive on a DB pension.
Q: I red recently an article on insiders who have sold a significant stake of this company since the last months to the point where it seems justified to raise a red flag for investors. Can you give me your appreciation?
Q: Can you comment on Rakla Metals - prospects, management, fundamentals, risks... ? Their website indicates their first drilling began in July. The stock has done well in the last year during this sector surge. Looks interesting for a starter position. My thanks.
