Q: Spartan's volume seems unusually high today. Can you tell if and who made the big purchases today?

Q: Hi Peter and Team, The last question asked was on Dec. 24. Since the Dutch Auction, the shares have steadily declined (surprising?) and I'm beginning to lose patience, as I unfortunately bought it at a peak. Are there any compelling reasons to hang on, or would a switch to something like OTC be a better move to stay in the same space? ABT is held in my RRIF.

Q: Do you think it would be safe to add to my position in DH Corp. If they have a decent report after the market closes on Feb.23
I took a half position after the stock was hit with the big short from a hedge fund back in the fall (2015)and was waiting to see their report before adding any more.

Q: Hey guys

Do you think it would be wise to average down on Phm at this level? I'm not in at the highs it once was but still thinking of averaging down and wondering if i should. Also is there anything else behind why it's performing like it is and being stagnant at the 52 week low? I mean besides the regular issues that the company has been trying to shake off? Thanks for your help.

Q: I have a question about stock quotes in general using TNC as an example. I often see quotes and %gains/losses that don't seem to make sense. As an example, if I look at quotes for TNC this morning across a variety of platforms, I see a price of $1.86 for a gain of 3.91%. If you look at the numbers however, it opened at $1.85 for a 0.01 gain - but this would only be 0.5% gain, nowhere near 3.91%

Just checking again now, the quote is $1.83, which should be a two cent loss, or 1.08% loss, but it's showing a gain of 2.23% on the day. What's going on?

Q: My question relates to the effect of lower interest rates. There seems to be a considerable discussion to the issue of negative interest rates. In a scenario that the BOC decided to lower interest rates to 0 (let alone negative) what would be the effect on CBO. Currently the NAV of CBO is 19.12 and the yield is 3% ish. If the BOC reduces rates to 0, what in your estimation does NAV become and what does the yield become. I don't need a long explanation but rather the 2 numbers. Great service and keep up the good work.
