Q: I would like to buy some REITs in my RRSP as income-producing assets (keeping them in RRSP so as not to have to track changing ACB resulting from ROC and phantom distributions). Which ones would you recommend?

Q: I need to reduce my tech holdings, especially over the top with SHOP, but not complaining. Would you please give me your best momentum stocks, Canadian or US in any sector other than tech? I can tolerate some risk. Many thanks.

Q: Hello,
what risks, if any, should an investor take into account when purchasing all their ETF's from the same provider? I am talking about the big guys here such as Vanguard or Blackrock. Since the ETF's are broad based there is no issue that I see with a fund manager making investment decision (are hot or cold) and these companies are large and profitable so I don't really see any risks other than general market performance. Am I missing something?

Q: Hello,
I am already very diversified in my TFSA as I hold VSP, VEE and ZCN. I also own shares KL and PXT which have done well. I would be looking to add a few more growth stocks regardless of sector. What would be your top three ideas at present time?
