Q: Thinking of buying AEHR.Please comment and is it related to AI. Thanks for U usual great services & views. Happy Canada day.
Q: I hold a significant percentage of my portfolio in XEC and am happy to have the exposure to add diversification. It has been a bit of a drag on returns for a while now however, and it has me wondering — what are some plausible scenarios moving forward where emerging will outperform? Have there been significant episodes in the past 100 years or so where emerging was at the top of the index return lists?
Q: I was wondering if there is any way of knowing who/which fund was trading Siyata Mobile Inc. (SYTA) today? Normal daily trade is 5 million; today it was 20 million.
Thanks...
Thanks...
Q: Wondering what your thoughts are on PCT? They have been around since 94, but I believe they just got funding for a new plant. They recycle #5 plastic and claim they make it completely reusable, and have the only patent to do so. They also have a South Korean deal that is supposed to produce large volumes.
Thanks

-
Manulife Financial Corporation Non-Cumulative Class A Preferred Shares Series 2 (MFC.PR.B)
Q: I currently hold the above noted preferreds in an unregistered cash account, and they are the worst performers. Would it be advisable to take the losses and move on to something else, or sit tight and continue to get the dividends?

Please compare these 2 companies which one (and why) you’d choose today for 3 year holding approx
Thanks!

Q: I wish to find a place for some cash. I am not entirely clear on some details for HSAV: the current trading price is around $106,60.
Of course, there are no distributions; What do you calculate the effective yield to currently be?
My trading platform suggests NAV is $106.30, so there is a premium being paid at the current price. What effect will that have on the yield? And what effect when I come to liquidate the holdings?
Last, if you see HSAV a not that good a place to deposit, what other place(s) would be good to hold some cash? BMO HISA is currently offering 4.6%
Many thanks

Q: NVDA has become 10% of my portfolio. Too often, I have sold too early, and too often I have not sold, and lost the gain. What to do! I wonder if it's a good idea to trim and buy some TSM, or AMD, or is there another company I should be looking at? Or, if so many are at the point of entering NVDA, does that mean it just makes sense to hold a little longer and reevaluate regularly?
Q: Good day guys ..
Would u agree with Mr Jordan’s zinberg assessment for this name .. recently it has been hold in your eyes.. is it now a buy at current levels .. this guy is a donville disciple and appears to be rather sharp in picking small cap stocks.. would u follow his lead here and buy as he currently thinks it’s at maximum pessimism..
thank u
Mark

Q: You downgraded ENGH two notches in July 2022 but seem a bit more positive about their decisions and performance since then.
Informally, would you think they have earned a notch back?

Q: Hello 5i. Is there a difference between what US producers are receiving and what Canadian producers are receiving for natural gas. I watch BNN and I think on the top right hand side they state a natural gas price but I think this is for US producers not Canadian producers. Which if true, is misleading I think. Where would you recommend that I look for the daily price of natural gas for Canadian gas producers. .
Q: Just read an article on Nano One which intrigued me. What is your current thinking on NNO? thanks, as usual
Q: Are you seeing anything news worthy to account for the move last two days?
