Q: Hi
In response to Nick's question today you said "If we have learned anything in 35 years is that once momentum takes hold in an underowned sector, it usually lasts a lot longer than investors expect."
what usually takes a lot longer? what does 'it' refer to?
thanks
Mary

Q: Is it too late to get into some oil stocks? If not, what oil stocks would you recommend?
Q: Your comments on NWH.UN issuing 2M units plus the possibility of an over allotment of 2.373m units would be appreciated. Will it dilute share holders or the fact that the money is mostly going to be used to pay down debt make it less painful?
Thanks
Dave
Thanks

Q: Hello,
I understand that one has to file a form T1135 if one holds US stocks or ETFs over $100,000 anytime during a calendar year. If one intends to hold VOO, the suggested Canadian equivalent to avoid having to file T1135 is VFV. Is my understanding correct? If yes, what are the Canadian equivalents of QQQ and IWM?
Thank you

Q: Good morning.
I'm wondering what your outlook for Cargojet might be considering that it has had quite a drop this week. I have been with it since about $20 and have yet to sell. Would now be a good buying opportunity?
Thanks for your insight.
Jim

Q: I know SYX is not a company that you follow closely. It reported earnings that seemed in line with expectations today and even increased its dividend. It is now down 12%. Did I miss something or is this profit taking as it is way up over the last few months.
Q: Could I have your opinion on Sparta Capital . Volumes were up over 80 times average and the stock was up 283% today . Thanks Donna
Q: Can you please comment this stock and its report? Thank you!
Q: Portfolio Analytics is suggesting a 10% weighting in Healthcare. Currently I have Well & Gud , each slightly less than 1%, so for the remaining 8ish % I would like to choose 3 to 4 others (US or Can) Dividend is not necessary. Would appreciate your input into whittling down what seems to be a surfeit of good choices. Also, your thoughts about entry points
Many thanks, as always.

Q: Hi Peter and Staff
I added these stocks and PLTR a few months ago due to your good vibes in Q&A.
So far I have sold PLTR at a profit after its volatility on earnings last week
Do u still feel good on the rest even if we hit a “tech bubble” or sector rotation as far as the long term ?
Are any of them under capitalized ?
Multiple credits of applicable
Thanks for all you do

Q: Please comment on recent earnings and outlook for the company going forward.
Q: I hold a 3.3% position in CRWD at ACB of 213.89. It has gone from the $240s range low 200 range over the last few days. I can’t find any real fundamental reason for the drop other than profit taking in the tech sector as investors rotate into interest sensitive stocks. In fact most of what I find is bullish. I’m looking to add to my position. Am I missing anything here? Would you consider it a buy here ?
Q: Bought that for “inflation protection”, but it going down ...do I have to wait more ?

Q: Peter; It seems to me that there is a general selling of the renewable area, AQN,CPX,BLX etc, . Just profit taking after the huge run up or a back to the past oil switch to the energy sector? Thanks,
Rod
