Q: Hello team,
Would you please compare and contrast these two SAAS companies. I appreciate it if you can comment on their moat and and market as well as competition, quality of business, current valuation, momentum, and financial strength.
I know you like them both, but I have money only for one and I am wondering which one has more torque and a brighter future, for it is current growth is going to only accelerate further.
Thank you very much indeed for being the referee here.

Q: 10:15 AM 5/16/2019
1. Could you please provide the numbers for, and compare and comment on : debt levels, financial leverage, debt to cashflow, and payout ratios for EMA, FTS, AQN, BIP.UN, BEP.UN.
2. You seem to always rate EMA at the bottom of the list [Why?] but I believe EMA has sold off some significant assets [Emera Maine and others?, more to come?] so debt levels should be lower, so is it a secure buy now for long-term dividend income?
3. I worry that BIP and BEP both have extremely high payout ratios. You have suggested that a total of 15% of one's portfolio in these two would be acceptable. Are you still of that opinion?
Thank you........ Paul K

Q: What is the reason for the big drop in Keysight Monday. US and China dispute or something else?
Q: The market seems to be discounting the likelihood that ACs $13 offer will be accepted or allowed. Some other Analysts have stated they think $13 is on the low end and that higher offers from other parties might still materialize. Would you be a buyer under $12 based on the assumption $13 will probably be the lowest offer accepted? Other thoughts on how to play this?
Q: EOLS has fallen a lot on the news that one of their large investors is selling 4 million shares to ML. Does this drop make sense to you. The stock was 29 dollars a few weeks ago and now less than 17 dollars. What do you think? Do you think it will recover and should I hold my position or sell.
Q: I've held a position in EIF in my diversified, 5iR like income portfolio. Currently the weighting is 1.9%. From a growth which looks positive, at least to me, and risk perspective, what weighting would you suggest I consider for EIF?

Q: You answered Francesco on May 16 that to reduce currency conversion fees on dividends one should sell the stock in Canadian funds and rebuy in American. I have been told by my broker that I am able to journal over a stock such as BIP.UN to the American side of my account without sale and purchase fees. It is in my LIRA but I have yet to call to move the stock so it is an untested strategy. I have moved DLR/DLR.UN this way successfully.
Q: do you have estimtes for the upcoming quarter and do you still prefer KXS over DSG. Thx
Q: The e-sports industry is increasing in popularity. Evolve will be lauching and ETF that will track the Solactive Electronics Gaming Index. Buying individual stocks in the sector is expensive and rather risky. Would you consider this ETF to be a good way to invest in this industry ?
Q: Hi Peter, can you comment on the validity of the short report issued vs AOS ? Price is near its 7 yr uptrend line. Thanks.
Q: What stocks in addition to BAM&AQN pay dividends in US dollars?
Thank you.
Thank you.
Q: With recent good deal, would you increase holdings to 5%? Thanks
Q: Currently hold both DOW and CCL.B. Is this too much of a "similar" thing as both are involved in packaging. If forced to choose one, which would you prefer. Thanks as usual.
Q: comments on the quarter please?
Q: Your answer Byl is not need to own stock, would you please recommend one in Canada and one in US for 5g exposure that will have good growth potential, thanks
Q: Hi Peter! Wondering if I can have your analysis on this company RIW-CN ... perhaps a growth stock? Thank-you!
Q: With the most recent slide I am sitting on a $3000 loss in VET, my only full position in Energy, also have a half position in Meg. For tax planning I'm considering selling VET. Do you have a recommendation for a replacement Energy company with a similar yield to replace, or would you sit in cash for 30 days and repurchase VET ?
Q: I'm sure you are tired of this company and so am I. My challenge is that I initiated my position at $0.56 prior to the further crash. Would you recommend holding or selling considering when I bought?
Q: Would you endorse to buy Byl at current dip? Thanks
