Q: Just checking to see if Great Canadian Gaming's business is completely limited to casinos with physical presence needed or is there an online segment as well. If the online component is limited or does not exist at all, would there be an alternative company or two in the same field that you would recommend that relies mostly on revenue from online gaming. Thanks.

Q: Hello 5i Team !
I received today a Management Information Circular of the TSGI and Flutter Entertainment PLC all-share combination and Notice of the special meeting. My worry is if I keep my shares in TSGI, I will receive 0.2253 of a Flutter share for each Common Share I hold at the time of completion of the deal. If I want to sell my new Flutter Entertainment shares in the future, which trade on the London Stock exchange, it would cost 125 $ and up to sell these 135 shares. Should I sell my TSGI shares before the closure of the deal and buy a similar company such a Great Canadian Gaming (GC-T) or which ever company you might recommend ?

Stay safe and thank you for your sound advise.

Elaine

Q: Hello 5i Team
Are there any restrictions to the percentage of foreign equity within a RRSP? From everything I have seen so far with the merger of TSGI The Stars Group and Flutter will be OK in terms of if I can hold a UK stock in our SpousalRRSP but will it matter that it is over 10% of that account (not of all combined accounts)? I really do not want to sell it as it has not performed and I still have faith in it.
Thank you
Jeremy

Q: When I look at the FLTR shares in Dublin, they are trading at 97.24 euro, which implies a value for TSGI of 97.24 X .2253 X 1.44 = $31.55, however, when I look at the FLTR shares in London, they are trading at 8,478 GBX which implies a value of TSGI of 84.78 X .2253 X 1.76 = $33.62. Is my math correct and if so, why the discrepancy? TSGI is currently trading at $31.04 on the TSX. Why such a difference between the Dublin and London valuations?

Further to the question I just asked about TSGI, I called TD Waterhouse and I thought your members might be interested to know:
1) I could hold FLTR in my TFSA or RRSP accounts as well as my non-registered account as its listed on a major exhange (LSE)
2) if I traded it on the LSE, each trade would cost $125 US for trades of $5,000 - $20,000, $150 for trades of $20,000 - $30,000 ETC.
3) since it sells on the US OTC Pink, under ticker PDYPY, I could do the trade online for $9.99........however they cautioned that if I choose that route I should always use a limit order (makes sense). I just checked and it is trading on the US OTC Pink exchange under ticker PDYPY at $53.82.........which I believe implies a value of 53.82 X 1.33 xchange X .2253 conversion = $16.13.........it should be $30+....what am I missing?

Q: Good morning. In my TFSA I am down 40% in both TSGI & TOY. What are your thoughts about replacing these with LSPD and GOOS. This would be for a 4-5 year hold.
Thanks, Peter

Q: Hello Peter and Team,

For those of us planning to sell our TSGI shares, would you recommend waiting until after Flutter and TSGI report their Q4 results on February 27th? Of course, share price could go in either direction depending on the results, but what would be your inclination? I am planning to put the proceeds of this sale into Lightspeed. Thanks.

Q: in your answer to Richard on january 3rd you pointed out a target price for Flutter of 93.92 Euro, should have this been in GBP and therefore target price for TSGI be rather north of CAN$ 36. If target price for tsgi is $30.something, i would be selling first thing on monday morning. Could you give all members us clarification for this. Thank you
