Q: Hi Peter / Ryan, do you know what reasons companies use to determine stock splits. I've heard the price of the share is to high so to allow more people access to it they split the shares. Now a lot of shares are over 500 dollars but they don't split, which shoots that reason out and some split more often than others, for example ATD.B gets to about 90 and they split, its happened twice since I've owned them. Banks used to split more often now they don't. Last time RY split it was around 90 now it's over 100 and still no split. Thanks, Nick

I am also looking to find an international dividend growing ETF similar to VIGI. I am not looking for high dividends per se. I do not like many of the international dividend ETFs due to their often high exposure to financials (IGRO would fit in this category).

IQD looks promising, and its methodology appeals to me. I would appreciate your advice about the pros and cons of this fund, and why you gave it only a very tepid recommendation.

What are your top dividend growing ETFs, regardless of whether they are Canadian or US ETFs. Per your previous answers, I understand your top two choices are VIGI and IGRO. Do you have any others?

Q: If LSPD has beat earnings expectations, do you attribute the share price weakness to the fact they raised their potential share offering up to 1 billion dollars? Is this a dilution fear that's causing the share weakness? If so... is the market wanting LSPD to grow organically as opposed to offering shares for aquisitions and such?
